The apartment is very close to the main pool which also has a clubhouse that has a gym for fitness, tanning room, and lounge area for large gatherings. The entire property is very quiet and relaxing. You have great views to the mountains and the city. It is a nice, new, and very clean community. Apartment comes fully furnished. Wi-Fi available. Living room has comfortable seating areas with large tv, DVD player, and surround sound system. A full kitchen is available with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There's a large nice dining table for up to 8 people. Cooking and dining ware is available for guests' use. Two full bathrooms with double sink, and tub/shower with fresh towels and toiletry supplies. A washer and dryer room so you can do laundry is also available. The apartment has a small patio with chairs so you can sit outside to enjoy the nice weather and warm sun. His and her bicycles available for use. Bedrooms each have a king size bed, master has private bathroom, other bedrooms share a full size bathroom. Heading out to the city?
