Description:Comfortable double room with the privacy of your own bathroom, living room, kitchen and small patio. Good natural light, high ceilings and wooden floor, fully equipped. Penha de França is a residential block situated near: - Graça (1km): National Pantheon, Flea Market, several sightseeing spots - Alfama (2km): St. George's castle and portuguese typical little streets, also several sightseeing spots and Fado restaurants. - Baixa, Praça do Comércio, Rossio, Chiado (3km): aristocratic area, great for shopping, very important churches and the National Theatre. Nightlife: - Bica do Sapato (2km) - Bairro Alto (4 km) Tram 28 goes to all of these places and you can catch it 500m from the flat. Taxis are very cheap in Lisbon too. I can give you other suggestions. There are other modern artistic circuits , if that would be of your preference. The airport is about 5kms away from the apartment. The best way to get there is by taxi (€8 to €10). Some taxi drivers are not honest and they charge tourists €25. To avoid this simply ask the price before you get in and if the price doesn't confirm, then choose another taxi. Another tip is to get a taxi at the Departures section instead of the Arrivals (it's a small airport, both sections are close). This way you avoid waiting in line for a taxi and the drivers are usually more honest.... more info >>

The apartment is a duplex on the 2nd and third floors of a 19th century building. The lower floor has a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, dining area and sitting room with a sofa bed that accommodates 2 persons. The kitchen is fully stocked and leads through the conservatory that has access to the beautiful sheltered patio garden seen in the photos perfect for outdoor dining in the summer and relaxing after a day touring Lisbon. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom. Both rooms have wardrobes and separate access to the bathroom. Their are ceiling windows in one room and a large window in the other room. The apartment is filled with sunshine during the day. It has hardwood floors throughout and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge, as well as cable tv and internet. The apartment is located within 10 minutes walk of the metro and the centre of Lisbon. Description:PERFECT FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN The Island of Baleal was home to an ancient fishing community dedicated to whale hunting (hence the name – Baleal = home to whales). It has a number of beaches, is very safe for children and quite exceptional for the practice of nautical sports, such as surf, windsurf, paddle, scuba diving, fishing, etc. The Boating Beach (Praia dos Barcos) deserves a special visit. It receives the local fishermen every morning and we can purchase and take home freshly caught fish. The Sunset House (a casa do Pôr do Sol) comprises 6 bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a dining room, two bathrooms (one in the exterior), kitchen and laundry facilities, satellite television and internet. Facing to the west, a large patio overlooking the sea represents a warm invitation for a drink whilst watching a fabulous sunset, different every day and never the same as the previous day. At the end of the day, with the sea only a few metres away, one can fall asleep to the sound of waves hitting the rocks. In Peniche, the city closest to Baleal (3 km.), there are various types of commerce and services: supermarkets, hypermarkets, vegetable shops, shops dedicated to surf, golf, fashion, pharmaceutical products, as well as doctors, hospitals, banks and police.
