Description:Only few meters from the walls of Santa Engracia Church, which is also knows as National Pantheon, this small cosy studio is on the mezzanine of old Portuguese building. It consists of: one room with sleeping and living/dining part and kitchenette, bathroom and small balcony. It accommodates up to two persons (one double bed 140x200). Kitchen is fully equipped. For the families with babies, we provide a cot (baby bed), baby bottle sterilizer, blender, etc. All linens and towels are included. Building is situated near the down town of Lisbon Baixa, within walking distance of Castle of São Jorge, beautiful viewpoints of Portas do Sol, Graça and Senhora do Monte and legendary tram nº28. It is three minutes away from the Santa Apolónia (train/metro station), and only few meters away from the oldest part of town Alfama. There are several banks, pharmacies, local grocery stores, supermarkets, and restaurants/cafés in its surroundings. Few meters from the building is public swimming pool, and beautiful park with café overlooking river Tejo (Tagus). On Tuesdays and Saturdays, you can enjoy the atmosphere of famous Flee Market Feira da Ladra, which is on the other side of Pantheon building. There is free of charge public parking in front of our door. Check in is after 14h (2PM), and check out is before 12h (noon). Description:This apartment is a wonderful studio located on the fourth floor of a renewed ancient building (the same as numbers 98 and 121), at Alfama. The view you have from all the windows is so magnificent that you will feel like leaving in a tower on top of Lisbon. The apartment is a short walking distance from the other picturesque neighbourhoods of Baixa and Castle. Nearby you have all kinds of traditional commerce, bars and restaurants and access to the train to the beaches around Cascais (Cais do Sodré). There is a parking place at 10 minutes walking form the apartment at Largo das Portas do Sol. The apartment has 20 m2 but its smallness is not an issue because of the light and the views all around. Most of the rooms are as big as 4m x 4m, some are bigger, and a few smaller. Rooms with breakfast and use of the following facilities: The rooms share 2 big bathrooms, one for women and one for men. Completely equipped kitchen with refrigerator and washing machine (use it for an extra fee) All rooms are equipped with heating, ventilation and television. Small pool and private interior garden. The building is a charming 19th century house, in a well located area of Lisbon's town center. In front of the house there is a beautiful garden (Garden and Anjos Church) with century old trees. It is very close to the Anjos and Intendente subway stations, which is only 5 minutes from Lisbon s historical downtown (Rossio, Pra a da Figueira, Martim Moniz Av. Alm. Reis). It is also near the 28 tram stop, that will guide you throught Gra a, Alfama, Chiado, Miradouro de Nossa Senhora do Monte (a beautiful belvedere), Miradouro de Santa Luzia, Castelo de S o Jorge (castle), and lots of other charming places. The house is not far from the beaches, only 20 30 minutes. Apartment with a really nice and relax atmosphere, just next to Jardim da Estrela one of the best parks in Lisbon, and really close to the transports to go to the beach. Subway (Rato) 10 minuts walking, lots of bus and trams (E28/E25 which goes directly to the old and historical part of Lisbon Castelo/Alfama/Gra a) just in front of the building.
