Description:Great 1 bedroom flat with brilliant transport links on Trafalgar Road in Greenwich available for a swap for the 2012 Olympics! This is a swap my place for yours, so no money would be involved. I'm looking for Amsterdam ideally, but am open to offers from all over! 1 large bedroom with double bed, get lots of natural light and has a good view of the park. Living room has a large 5 seater sofa with 32inch LCD tv, DVD player, and Virgin media player. Kitchen is fitted with gas double oven cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine with a view of Canary Wharf. Bathroom is self contained (so no sharing) with bath and shower. There is also free fiber optic wifi available. Local Area The park is roughly 2 minutes away, central Greenwich is about 10 and the river is 5 minutes away. Central Greenwich and the Park is well known as a popular destination for tourists so there is loads to do here including Museum's, historical sites, markets, pubs and restaurants. There is also Tesco, Boots and Co-op very close by should you need anything. Transport You've basicly got every conceivable form of transport available to get you in and out of the games quickly. Overground trains, DLR, Underground, Thames Clippers and buses are all very close by making it very easy to get into and out of central London. Nearest overground is Maze Hill, DLR Cutty Sark, Underground North Greenwich and quite a few buses which will take you from North Greenwich all the way to Russel Square in central London. In fact there is a very nice pub just across the downs called 'The Fox', they do meals there too, and it's a lovely half an hour walk across the downs to get there. We are very near Farthing Downs, a famous beauty spot, with lots of lovely walks. Also Pilgrims way is very nearby, the traditional route taken by pilgrims on their way to Canterbury.
