The house is located midway between Florence and Arezzo, on the cliff of the Pratomagno mountain, with a stunning sight on the whole Valdarno valley and the Chianti hills, immersed in nature and surrounded by olive trees (we do our own olive oil). This apartment has two bedrooms with a large canopy double bed each, its own living room with kitchen, a bathroom and its own outdoor garden area, bordered by a hedge. Our private swimming pool, immersed in the silent surroundings of the countryside, will help you to find ultimate relaxing! You will also find a common room with TV and sofas. Valdarno valley, the area between Florence, Chianti and Arezzo is famous for its oil, its wine and great food, like fiorentina steak. Its rolling hills are covered with olive groves and vineyards, it has plenty of beautiful restored historical buildings, including many castles and abbeys and it is close to the National Park of the Casentino Forest. All these features contribute to its charm and serene country atmosphere but it is in easy reach of towns such as Arezzo, Florence and Siena. The area is safe and quiet, very peaceful, rich in historical attractions perfect location for walking and mountain-bike. SPA town, Rapolano Terme, is 30 minutes away. Nearest village (Castelfranco) with many small shops and a supermarket is 4 km away! The Mall, one of the biggest outlet in Italy, is just 20 km from here. Description:Loro Ciuffenna c’est un pays d’origine médiévale, compte du 2009 parmi les bourgs les plus beuax d’Italie. Le residence « Casa Macinarino » situé dans un trés tranquille endroit, est indiqué aussi pour les familles avec des enfants se trouve dans le banlieu du pays à 900 mt du centre, est montrée sur la campagne avec une vue splendide sur la belle église romane de Gropina, à seulement quelques kilometres. L'appartement a deux chambres, une matrimonialle avec la terrasse et une avec 2 lits (o 3 lits on requete) une salle de bain avec douce, une cuisine-sejour et terrasse avec les chaises et la table. Dans le jardin et la piscine vous pouvez passer des journées on relax et des agréables soirée au l'ouvert. La piscine, le barbecue et le jardin (mq.700) sont utilisè seulement par les hotes de quatre appartments avec entrè dans le jardin avec piscine.(La piscine est ouvert du 17/04/2012 au 09/10/2012). Pour chaque appartement il y a un parasol, deux transats et les meubles de jardin. Nous sommes au centre de la Toscane, Loro Ciuffenna se trouve a 40 Km de Florence. Vous pouvez aller a Florence en auto (moins de 1 Heure) ou en train (30 minutes de la gare qui se trouve a 12 Km de Casa Macinarino) c’est une magnifiques ville pleine d’histoire à visiter à pied sans oublier Siena (moins de 1 heure en auto) avec sa course de chevaux au cœur de la ville au mois d’Aout , à ne pas manquer Arezzo (30 minutes en auto) et le marché d’antiquitès qui a lieu le premier dimanche de chaque mois le site de Chianti avec ses petit ville où vous pouves déguster des bonne vin. Cette location est aussi proche de Pisa (km.150) et Roma (Km 260). Vous pouvez visiter aussi les magnifiques petites villes comme Cortona, Volterra et ses sculpteurs d’albatre, San Gimignano….
