Description:Villa Sabina is set on an hectare own land with olive, pine, palm and fruit trees. Outside the house there are 4 different spots where you can enjoy and relax, sunbathe, eat: the big terrace on the valley, the terraced courtyard at the front of the house, the green garden below and the pinetrees area with hammocks. Access to the house is on a safe and quiet deadend street. In the house: - on the ground level: living room/dining room with fireplace, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom. - on the second floor: 2 bedrooms (sunflowers room and poppies room), bathroom (by designer Valentino) and a living area with a children pool table.
