Description:This beautiful villa is located in Dracevica on the island of Brac, 5 minutes away from one of the most beautiful bays in Dalmatia (Bobovisce). Villa Sandra is built in the Mediterranean style and its interior is contemporary classic. The villa is spread on four split-levels. The basement consists of a wine cellar and a lounge area. The ground floor includes a kitchen equipped with modern appliances, a dining room and a living room. The first floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi, while the master bedroom is located in the attic, consisting of an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet and a terrace overlooking the local church and the sea. The spacious Mediterranean garden has a pool and terraces with open air lounges and a BBQ.
