Description:Relax at LZ Hatteras, a casual, yet elegant, beach home built and furnished with you in mind. This large 4,300 square foot home has an additional 3,500 square feet of decks and offers ocean and sound views from second, third, and loft levels. Located in Captain's Beach subdivision on a cul-de-sac, the home sits approximately 150 yards from the beach. Fully furnished with all amenities plus many extras. Handicap-friendly home with access ramp, elevator, wide doors, and halls.The ground level will provide a variety of conveniences and entertainment options both inside and outside. Also on this level is a second laundry closet with washer/dryer, and at the end of the hallway a spacious home office desk with a computer, printer, fax, scanner, and Internet access, two-phone lines and answering service. The screened porch is located off the hallway.The third level is the main living level with a spacious open designed great room with gas fireplace and ceiling to floor windows for optimum viewing, dining area and huge kitchen. The kitchen has double wall ovens, both gas and electric cook tops, microwave, under counter icemaker, refrigerator, two dishwashers and wet bar. There are 2 large shelved pantries for storage and a breakfast bar with seating for six. The adjacent dining area has a large table with seating for fourteen. The entertainment center in great room has digital TV, DVD/CD, VCR, tape deck, tuner, and full surround sound. Also on this level are a king master bedroom and a queen master bedroom. Each has a private bath, a TV/VCR, and access to a deck.Take the steps up one more level to the loft for some quiet get-a-way time.
