Handicap-friendly home with access ramp, elevator, wide doors, and halls.The ground level will provide a variety of conveniences and entertainment options both inside and outside. The paved and covered carport areas provide parking for 5 vehicles. Take a dip in the private pool or a relaxing soak in the hot tub (which seats six) and is also located on the pool deck. Step inside to the game room which includes a queen-size sleep sofa, pool table, refrigerator, microwave, wet bar with under counter icemaker, TV, and table with seating for four to play your favorite card or board games. Also on this level is a full bath, convenient laundry center with washer/dryer, wash sink, ironing board and hanging racks. Take the elevator up to gain access to the other levels, or take the steps outside which will bring you up to the main entrance on the second level.The second level has four master bedrooms, 2 king masters, a queen master (which also includes a double-size sleep sofa), and the triple bunks master. The screened porch is located off the hallway.The third level is the main living level with a spacious open designed great room with gas fireplace and ceiling to floor windows for optimum viewing, dining area and huge kitchen. The kitchen has double wall ovens, both gas and electric cook tops, microwave, under counter icemaker, refrigerator, two dishwashers and wet bar. There are 2 large shelved pantries for storage and a breakfast bar with seating for six. The adjacent dining area has a large table with seating for fourteen.
