Description:The apt is located at walking distance from Appia Antica, 5 min by walk from train station that connect you to Termini Central Station in 25 minutes. by car is 5 min Ciampino airport, from Castel Gandolfo, from the Pope's summer residential house, from the lake, and 15 minutes from Frascati and the others Roman hills. The apt is inside a villa, the entrance is independent, is nicely furnished and bright with terrace outside where is possible to relax and eat. It has a bedroom with doublebed, a bathroom with shower, a double living room very spacious, and then the kichen well equipped and a studio with an extra bed if needed. Laundry available on payment, but just 4 euro! No dryer but a lot of sun! Cleaning service at least every 15 days (20 euro). The apt is ideal for a couple that wants to visit the Rome sorrounding (the famous Roman Castles) by car and at the same time wants to enjoy the city or want to bike to the lake and to the Appian way. A pochi metri c 'c3a8 la stazione ferroviaria che con 40 minuti vi porta alla Stazione Termini al centro di Roma, dove potrete muovervi in tranquillitc3a0 per vedere musei, fontane e camminare sulle antiche vie dei Gladiatori Romani.
