This two story townhouse is a short 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach. We have security guards and locked gates for entry only with security codes. We hope you will decide to spend a relaxing week in our townhouse located in gated community Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. This privately-owned, just renovated, two bedroom, one and a half bath townhouse is fully furnished including cable TV (up and down), complete kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, blender, microwave, etc.), washer, dryer, and more. We are near all major attractions including an amusement park, shopping, bowling, movies, water park, and restaurants. It includes 11 pools (five heated in winter), putt-putt golf (putters available in townhouse), tennis, and shuffleboard. Also included is a private beach area with our own pool and clubhouse overlooking the cool white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a pool and tennis court just a short walk from the front door of our townhouse. Also, within very close proximity - Golf, Beach, Jet-skis, Parasailing, Snorkeling, Diving, Water-skiing, Sunbathing, Boating, Deep Sea Fishing, Amusement and Water Parks, Dining, Shopping, Nightlife, Sightseeing, and Dinner Cruises. The townhome comes with a complete kitchen which includes new full-size refrigerator with ice maker, new dishwasher, blender, coffee pot, new stove, microwave, two TV's with cable and VCR, washer and dryer, two queen-size beds plus queen-size sleeper sofa. There is also a gas grill on the patio for your outdoor cooking. Our Townhouse is Smoke-Free and Pets Are Not Allowed. This neighborhood is on the north side of Scenic Hwy. 30-A - just a short walk to the beach. Or you can drive or ride a bike to the beach access. Old Florida Village is a new Seaside style quaint neighborhood of just 75 colorful cottage style homes on a quiet dead end lane on the north side of 30A. Beach access is about 500 yards. Millions of Beaches is situated directly across the street from one of the two community pools and is a short walk to the public beach access which offers a picnic area and clean restrooms. Destin Commons Outlet Mall is a short drive away and Destin offers a great selection of restaurants and activities for the kids. Our house features 3 bedrooms, one on the first floor and 2 on the second floor, and sleeps 6-8 adults comfortably. Upstairs in the loft there is a loft bed and a pullout sleeper sofa that makes a perfect place for the kids to hang out. If you have a larger group you can rent our other houses in the neighborhood, Beach Schnapps and the Coast Office. We've worked hard to make sure our guests of all ages enjoy our new addition! The 12' x 24' pool has a shallow area that is about 6” deep for mothers and babies, or grandparents, or sunbathers who want to stay cool in the water. It also has shallow steps, then gradually slopes from 3’6” to 5’7”, with special 4-color rotating lighting in the pool at night! Two water jets, one on each side of the pool deck, shoot water into the shallow end of the pool. There is plenty of room around the pool for tables and chairs, and there is also an 87' bench that surrounds most of the pool It's great for sunbathing and at night it has indirect lighting underneath that gently lights the entire pool area. In addition, we also have an 8' 6 diameter HOT TUB with the same rotating 4-color lights that are sychronized with the pool !!! Between the pool and the hot tub, it's double the fun! The pool and hot tub area are surrounded by a 6' privacy fence and a 5' metal fence, with the required security gates and latches. The two gates that open into the pool area open away from the pool, so no small child can push the pool gates open and walk into the pool area. They also are spring loaded so that they automatically close when you let go of them. Both gate latches are 54 or more from the ground.
