Description:The apartment is surrounded by the green vineyards of Tuscany in the countryside near Castiglion Fibocchi, Arezzo, under the Pratomagno Mountain, famous for nature, wildlife, little ancient villages, good cuisine and excellent wine. It is part of an old farm house, property of our family, which we have restaured. The house has two apartments (this one and a smaller one for 2-3 people) each with his own entrance. Outside there is a common garden where You can relax during the beautiful Tuscan evenings. The apartment is very suitable for families or groups of friends (4-6 people) who have a car and want to do a tour of Tuscany. The apartment is restored in original country style. It 's 100 square meters and consists of: a large living room with sofa and TV, a typical Tuscan kitchen with stove refrigerator, dishwasher, table and chairs, traditional fireplace, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all with wrought iron beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. The interiors and furnishings are Tuscan style. Most of the objects and furnishings are from the family. The price is very actractive. We have started our activity recently (in 2011) and we have decided, for 2012, to offer our guests the possibility to stay in a very beautiful and relaxing apartment at a very promotional price. Linen and towels are included in the price and will be changed once per week. With an agreement, We offer a swimming pool service, around 2 km from the apartment, to only 5 euro/day (adult), 2,5 euro/day kids (3-12 years) and free for little baby (under 3 years). You can buy the tickets discounted from us. At their arrival, the guests will find a present (a bottle of Chianti Wine from our vineyards) as our welcome. People who will stay for at least 1 week could be our guests for a beautiful, typical Tuscan dinner. The apartment is located in Castiglion Fibocchi. The area is very safe and quiet so, think just relaxing and enjoying it. In Castiglion Fibocchi 0,8 km from the house, you can find farmacy, supermarket and all you need. In the house You will also find the numbers for every emergencies. The location of the apartment is very central and allows to reach easily: Arezzo (12 km) where You can visit the beautiful Pieve (Romanesque church) and the church of San Francesco with the frescoes of Piero della Francesca, the beautiful village of Loro Ciuffenna, Florence (65 km) with all its monuments, museums and the famous Ponte Vecchio, Siena (60 km) and all the Chianti area (40 km), the medieval town of Anghiari (30 km), Casentino area (20-30 km) with its extensive woodlands and beautiful restored historical buildings, including many castles and abbeys and Cortona (40 km), with his etruscan sites. Lake Trasimeno is another wonderful place for sports and relax. For nature lovers there is the National Park of Foreste casentinesi (25 km) and the Monastery of La Verna, where San Francesco d'Assisi lived as hermit. Very peaceful area is Rapolano Terme, spa town with wonderful termal baths (30 minutes away). For those seeking entertainment and nightlife there are several options in Arezzo or even in Florence, with their bar, pubs and club. Very close to the apartment (5 km) there is the disco club Dolce Verde open from spring to autumn. About shopping, there are several famous outlet: first at all Prada Space in Montevarchi (10 km) and the Fashion Valley in Incisa Area (40 km) with The Mall outlet, The Groove and Dolce&Gabbana.... more info >>

Description:THE HOUSE: Would you like to spend a wonderful week in complete relaxation in the picturesque countryside of Tuscany? Our villa is what you are looking for.Located in one of the most beautiful tuscan landscapes, it is an enchantingly renovated old country house set on the hillside near the little town of Palaia (Pisa) and surrounded by a marvellous natural fresco where flowers, olives and vineyards are some of the main subjects. The accommodation is completely furnished in a rustic way, with traditional floors and nice wooden beam-ceilings. On the ground floor you can find the kitchen/dining room complete with oven, big wooden dining table, a large hob, freezer and fridge. The sitting room, where you can relax by the fire on two comfortable sofas and listen to some good music, is carefully furnished and communicates with the dining room. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a roomy shower, basin, w.c. and bidet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the first one with a double bed (or twin beds), excellent wardrobe and TV and the second with a double bed (or twin beds), TV and DVD as well. Every little detail has been chosen with much care and interest. From our property guests may reach every interesting historical city or important seaside resorts in more or less one hour. The estate, completely isolated from noise and pollution of towns, is ideal for those who look for relax and privacy. TIPS: Palaia is a very small village which has a gorgeous country around.It is definetly a good base to visit the beauties of Tuscany,living at the same time to relax of an uncontaminated environment.Only 15 mins by car and you are in Pontedera,small city but with lots of nice bars,pubs and restaurant as well as a lot of activities such as tennis,swimming pools,football and so on.If you want to visit the Dome,the Uffizi or Ponte Vecchio in Florence(the cradle of Renaissance)you can go either by car(1h20)or by train from Pontedera(50mins).One day you could go to Pisa and lay in the sun on the grass of Piazza dei Miracoli with the famous Leaning Tower in front of you(50 mins by car or 15 mins with the train from Pontedera).You cannot miss Siena with his marvellous Piazza del Campo which in August changes in a Horse race for the Palio.Moreover the location is well related with famous wine itineraries and it is for example very nice to drive along the road to San Gimignano,which passes through hills and valleys,and along which many farms produce and sell their own olive oil and wine for competitive prices.Lucca and Viareggio are also easily reachable.We will be very happy to give information’s about place where to go and good restaurants!... more info >>

Description:Luca’s House is an old country small-holding dating back to the 19th century. Built entirely in stone it has been renovated respecting the typical architectural characteristics of the area blended with touches of artistic masonry. The result is a small ‘village’ whose rustic hospitality has grown over the years so that an ‘agriturismo’ or farmhouse accommodation ,for 6 person, has been created. Two apartments are also available for long or short stays for 7-8 people .The surrounding area Located in the area where the Maremma and the Val D’Orcia Nature Park meet, Mount Amiata is an ancient volcano (1774 m.) with an abundance of underground thermal waters. People can ski at the top of the mountain whose slopes reach down to the outskirts of the Argento coast. Skiing: the ski slopes are about 10 minutes by car from the farm. In winter there are several kilometers of slopes equipped with two chair lifts and ski lifts. The closest thermal bath (20 minutes by car) is at San Filippo in the area there are thermal baths at Bagni Vignone or San Casciano up to those at Petriolo and Saturnia. Mount Amiata has always been a crossroads of intense spiritual activity thanks to its churches and to the Via Francigena which flanks it in the north. At the beginning of the 19th century it witnessed the rise of David Lazzaretti’s social-Christian community on Mount Labro. At the moment it is home to Merigar, the seat of the Dzogchen Community, one of the biggest Tibetan Buddhist centres in Italy whose monuments attract tourists from all over the world every year. In the area of Seggiano and Pescina you can visit the Spoerri Garden, a museum of contemporary art created by Daniel Spoerri which attracts an international audience. From the house, by paths in the fields, on arrive to Badia di Morrona, ancient monastery of Camaldoli's Friars (XI century). Valleantica is far 12 km. from the thermae of Casciana Terme, is situated in the famous landscape of Tuscan hills, and it is an excellent point of departure to arrive to the most interesting places in Tuscany:Firenze e Siena a 80 km., San Gimignano 50, Pisa e Lucca 40, Volterra 25, Livorno and Thirrenian Coast 30. The farmhouse is divided into two floors: the upper one occuped by the family, the ground floor dedicated to our guests. It is a flat of 70 mq., free from architectural barriers, open all the year. Description:The apartment is surrounded by the green vineyards of Tuscany in the countryside near Castiglion Fibocchi, Arezzo, under the Pratomagno Mountain, famous for nature, wildlife, little ancient villages, good cuisine and excellent wine. It is part of an old farm house, property of our family, which we have restaured. The house has two apartments (this one and a bigger one for 4-6 people) each with his own entrance. Outside there is a common garden where You can relax during the beautiful Tuscan evenings. The apartment has been created to accommodate 2 people and is particularly suitable for couples, spouses or a couple of friends who have a car and want to do a tour of Tuscany. It represents also an excellent solution for a family with one young son for this solution the living room is provided with a sofa bed. The apartment is approx. 70 square meters and consists of: a large living room that includes a typical Tuscan kitchen with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, table and chairs, traditional fireplace, a sofa and a TV, one bedroom with a double bed in wrought iron and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a washmachine. The interiors and furnishings are Tuscan style. Most of the objects and furnishings are from the family. The price is very actractive. We have started our activity recently (in 2011) and we have decided, for 2012, to offer our guests the possibility to stay in a very beautiful and relaxing apartment at a very promotional price. Linen and towels are included in the price and will be changed once per week. With an agreement, We offer a swimming pool service, around 2 km from the apartment, to only 5 euro/day (adult), 2,5 euro/day kids (3-12 years) and free for little baby (under 3 years). You can buy the tickets discounted from us. At their arrival, the guests will find a present (a bottle of Chianti Wine from our vineyards) as our welcome. People who will stay for at least 1 week could be our guests for a beautiful, typical Tuscan dinner. The apartment is located in Castiglion Fibocchi. The area is very safe and quiet so, think just relaxing and enjoying it. In Castiglion Fibocchi 0,8 km from the house, you can find farmacy, supermarket and all you need. In the house You will also find the numbers for every emergencies. The location of the apartment is very central and allows to reach easily: Arezzo (12 km) where You can visit the beautiful Pieve (Romanesque church) and the church of San Francesco with the frescoes of Piero della Francesca, the beautiful village of Loro Ciuffenna, Florence (65 km) with all its monuments, museums and the famous Ponte Vecchio, Siena (60 km) and all the Chianti area (40 km), the medieval town of Anghiari (30 km), Casentino area (20-30 km) with its extensive woodlands and beautiful restored historical buildings, including many castles and abbeys and Cortona (40 km), with his etruscan sites. Lake Trasimeno is another wonderful place for sports and relax. For nature lovers there is the National Park of Foreste casentinesi (25 km) and the Monastery of La Verna, where San Francesco d'Assisi lived as hermit. Very peaceful area is Rapolano Terme, spa town with wonderful termal baths (30 minutes away). For those seeking entertainment and nightlife there are several options in Arezzo or even in Florence, with their bar, pubs and club. Very close to the apartment (5 km) there is the disco club Dolce Verde open from spring to autumn. The large double-bedroom is furnished with wooden interiors. The kitchen is fully fitted.. Bed linen and towels are provided.
