Description:We are looking to sublet our apartment from May 31st-July 31st. $700 a month, includes all utilities. Internet optional ($35/month extreme high speed) The apartment is large, has 1 closed off bedroom and the living room is large enough to be used as bedroom if needed (also has door). The kitchen has an island and separate dinning room area and dishwasher. The bedroom is large enough for small office/bedroom. Walk in closet with plenty of storage (extra storage room off balcony in kitchen). The bathroom is a good size, with a jet bathtub, more closet space. The living room has a closed door and balcony, outside is a large tree, which gives lots privacy. The apartment is very bright, lots of windows. All the furniture would stay here or we can negotiate moving stuff into the storage room, if you have furniture you would bring. Laundry machine is located downstairs. Its a 5 minute walk to Concordia Loyola Campus (where if a student, can get the shuttle bus to go downtown). We're also off the 90 bus stop, 15 min to Vendome.
