Description:Our house (bilt in 1905. with a little tower) was entirely renovated at the end of 2010 and we redecorated it ourselves…..We’ve put a lot of enthusiasm into it and we hope you’ll love it. Detailed description: • Surface area : 67 square meters • Entrance hall with two cupboard for your coats and other things •Living room with hardwood floor, a pull out sofa suitable for 2 people, Internet access, HiFi and TV •Equipped american kitchen (a traditional oven, plates, dishwasher, kettle, etc...) with two dinning tables, one for breakfast and the other one for the meals. A big fridge with a freezer, a coffee pot, a tea pot, a toaster. Dishes and all utensils you may need are at your disposal. • Small shower room with toilette at the ground floor and bathroom with a begnoire and toilette on the first floor, both have lavatory with a mirror •There is also a washing machine. vacuum-cleaner, iron, hairdryer... 2 bedrooms (1 in attick), bedding and towels provided • Individual gas heating included, electricity included for normal using Around: •The neighbourhood is a friendly, vibrant, multicultural area. Many different communities live peacefully here. Bi-weekly local market (on Wednesday and Saturday) and all sorts of other shops (bakeries, clothes, bookshops, organic shop...) two minutes walk from the house, so you can have a go at French cuisine! Small supermarket round the corner. •The biggest park of Paris (bois de Vincennes) is just a 15 minutes walk. There is Velib bike station near the apartment and buses running all day long going to Château de Vincennes (46) Transportation: • 5 minutes by foot to metro line n°9 Robespierre and 8 minutes by foot to RER A (Vincennes) It is just a quick hop into centrql Paris, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées in 17 minutes! This line is speedy and conveniently takes you straight to a lot of the main placesof interest. Travel times, RER and metro trains: Bastille and the Marais : 15 minutes The Louvre and Palais Royal: 15 minutes (The Eiffel Tower: 35 minutes Easy acces to and from Charles de Gaulle Airport by RER trains: max 60 minutes Orly Airport: 60 minutes • Weekly (455 euro per week) or monthly (1500 euro per month) rent. •Check in and check out times can be flexible, unless there are guests arriving/departing the same day, in which case check in will be from 2pm, and check out will be at 12 midday. •A deposit will be required on airbnb website, and returned by airbnb after you leave. Description:Welcome to a brand new Air BnB flat ! I just moved in and it has been fully renovated this summer. The apartment is a 5 minutes walk to the metro Croix-de-Chavaux, on line 9 of the metro. This line is speedy and conveniently takes you straight to a lot of the main sites. Travel times: Republique: 20 minutes Châtelet: 30 minutes Champs Elysees : 35 minutes Montmartre/ Sacré Coeur : 45 minutes Charles de Gaulle Airport: 90-120 minutes Orly Airport: 60-90 minutes There are also 1 Velib station just on the street and buses running all day and night to Paris. The apartement is located on a very trendy area : 600 artists live in Montreuil, an arty bohemian vibe fills the streets. The street rue Carnot is very calm and safe. Place Carnot, just in front of the apartement, is absolutely charming. There is a little market on Saturdays morning and kids are playing here all the time. The apartement is on the ground floor, surrounded by 2 little gardens. No need to say that it's the best place to sleep, you will wake up with birds singing ! The apartment itself is bright with a double living room a spacious bedroom with a large double bed (140 x 200). There is a pull out sofa, very easy to use. The place fits 4 comfortably! It is fully furnished with all the modern cons such as 32 tv with plenty of DVD available in English, wi-fi internet, iMac, Iphone dock (ghetto blaster) The kitchen is brand new and equipped with microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, oven and vitro-ceramic stove, pots and pans, rice cooker... Well, there is plenty of cooking hardware, feel free to use anything you need. I will provide fresh bed linen and towels. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, You will find everything you need in this neighbourhood : a food shop 3 minutes away, an organic shop (10 mins), a lovely outdoor marketonTuesdays, Fridays and Sundays (10 mins) An organic market is also held on a Saturday.
