Description:We have 4 new beach houses located in the same Myrtle Beach neighborhood. Three of the beach houses are identical 4 bedroom houses, and one is a 7 bedroom house. The beautifully decorated and well maintained homes have a large modern kitchen, dining area and great room, as well as huge well furnished decks to enjoy the magnificent views of the ocean. You will love the third-level master suite in our 4 bedroom houses with king-size bed, color TV, and a private deck overlooking the ocean. The 4 bedroom homes sleep 10 - 12 people, and the 7 bedroom home sleeps up to 16 people. All of our homes are fully furnished to make your stay pleasurable in every way. Ninety steps to the beach. All of our houses have high speed internet access, central air conditioning, at least 3 Cable TVs, DVD players, microwave, dishwasher, full well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, cookware and utensils, gas BBQ, phones, covered parking, and huge well furnished decks with great ocean views. All amenities of our resort neighborhood are included with your rental. Following is a partial listing of the amenities: 1 mile of private beach, 24 hour gated security, olympic size outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, kidee waterpark, tanning decks, arcade, ocean observation tower, basketball courts, beach volleyball, miniature golf, supervised children's programs, horseshoes, shuffle board, playgrounds, nature center, convenience store, snack bars, and a 17,000 sq. ft. Recreation Center. The neighborhood also offers golf cart, bike and paddle boat rentals, as well as discounts to area attractions and golf courses. Located in the beautiful 180 acre Oceanside Village (OSV) resort including 24 hour security. There two pools, one heated indoor (right around the corner) and one outdoor (three blocks away) both of which include kiddie pools. For the sports enthusiast there are tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts and also a softball field. For the little beach goers, there is a fenced-in playground just minutes from the front door. There are five beautifully stocked fishing ponds with plenty of ducks to feed. The beach is only short stroll away and only three minutes drive by golf cart which are for rent on location. Village provided private entrance to the beach welcomes your personal auto also. While there enjoy the Conch Cafe which offers delicious affordable meals for lunch and dinner with a tremendous view of the ocean. This three bedroom two bath home can house one large family, two small families, or a large golf group. It has a queen size bed in the master with Color Cable TV and a full size bed in the second large bedroom. The third bedroom offers two double beds with Color/cable TV which would be great for children to share while privacy is offered to the parents with the use of the additional rooms.
