The large house dating from the nineteenth century and restored in 2001, about 550 square meters., Is divided into two floors, the ground floor comprises a large living room (elegantly furnished with original wooden floors and beams, the old fireplace, antique furniture - all creates an evocative atmosphere), large well equipped kitchen, study and bathroom with dressing. The upper floor is accessed from the garden from the lower floor via a wooden staircase that leads to a lobby where you overlook the suites. The peculiarity of Podere Costa Romana is the following: the interior of the villa offers simple but mini-apartments (suites) independent. Each room has its own small living room with kitchenette, table with chairs, armchairs and a sofa or sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a bed on a mezzanine. If you are a group of family friends to rent the house, each family can have its independence.
