Description:Very cute litle Studio 10m2, fully restored and furnished with little kitchen, small refrigerator, hot plates and the dishes you need to cook simple recipies. Shower and toilets next door. Linen and towels are included. Very clean place to stay. Great for 1 guest or 2 maximum. The studio is in a very typical secured Parisian building on ground floor. Quiet, bright and sunny with no opposite view, on a beautifull garden. It has a big window through witch you can see the garden. The studio is located in Neuilly (10 min walking from Paris porte Maillot) and at 200m from the Metro (subway) 'pont de Neuilly', close to the one of the most beautifil place in the center of Paris. Arc de Triomphe and the very famous street Champs-Elysées easy acces . Also near the Place de la concorde. Few minutes walk from historical Marie-Antoinette's gardens Les jardins de Bagatelle who are the most beautifull botanic gardens in Paris. Little walk away also to the well known Bois-de-Boulogne.
