Description:I am a professional working in NYC that's offering a rental unit in a luxury building that is perfect for short-term (few days to a few weeks) or long-term (3 months to a year) housing. Here's a description of the space: I live in a gorgeous luxury elevator building, with a built-in supermarket, dry cleaner, optometrist, drug store, doctor's office, cobbler, tailor, bank, realty, beauty salon, and two restaurants. There's also a great gym, 2 swimming pools, and a spa. (The renter's or renters' usage of these amenities is contingent upon approval from the building's management office, and the management office charges extra for usage of said facilities. The money for said usage does not go to me- it goes directly to the facility). There's a parking garage, which my renters are free to use. If you remember to get your parking ticket stamped by my doorman, you will enjoy the discounted parking rate, which is about $14.00 per night. The money for parking does not go to me- it goes directly to the facility. There's laundry in the building on every other floor. The rental is close to midtown-- by door to door shuttle jitney, (or NJ Transit Bus, for which the renters can buy a monthly unlimited pass), the renters would be in Times Square in 15 minutes. The renters would have tons of room (like having their own spacious studio apartment)- and have their own bathroom too. I will provide basic furnishings such as bedding, nightstands, and lamps. I have my own space within the apartment, and it's structured in such a way that the renters have complete privacy and 'key' to their side of the apartment. I have a full service kitchen with all appliances, and a dining nook, which the renters are welcome to use. The entire apartment, including the space I occupy, is HUGE- 1040 square feet. If you want a nice, clean, posh, centrally located place to stay near Midtown Manhattan, with a friendly, knowledgeable host, who loves the Big Bagel - look no further!!... more info >>

Dishes and toiletries available.Child-friendly. I love pets but I am allergic so no pets. The Queen-bed mattress is wrapped in plastic. There is also latex in the futon mattresses, so if you are averse to plastic or have an allergy to latex the space is not best for you.The building is 100 years old, and has a great history of notable Harlem Residents. There is usually great heat, hot water and a working elevator. And this is New York, so there may even be a movie crew around the building some days. It's a real New York experience. Did I say its *like your own apartment? It is. Different people have different needs and styles. The apartment is made clean and ready for you. On the rare occasion, guests have additional needs they are able to self clean, a pantry full of cleaning products are supplied. Description:We are new hosts, so we're offering this extra room at a steep discount for the months of December and January. Please message us before booking, and tell us a little bit about yourself. We will respond to all inquiries promptly.**************************************************************************Enjoy this cozy bedroom in a Civil War-era farmhouse just a mile away from Princeton University campus and downtown Princeton. Ample parking. A limited number of bikes and helmets are available for your use.Your bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a dresser, and a generous closet. A full, Jack and Jill-style bathroom adjoins your room and is shared with another guest room. (Rent both rooms and have a private bath--perfect for groups or families!) There is a second, shared bath downstairs. Sheets, towels, toiletries and a bathrobe are available for your convenience and comfort.Twin or double-sized aerobed can be provided for additional guests upon request (subject to availability). Room sleeps up to three adults or two adults and two children.You'll share with us a kitchen, dining room, living room, deck, and sprawling backyard. Washer and dryer are in the basement.Our house is situated on two and a quarter acres of sprawling lawn and 100 year-old sugar maples, oaks, and pines. The house currently looks more 1950s than 1860s, but we hope in time to restore and reveal the house’s old bones. We are also currently working to replace some of the traditional, suburban landscaping with a meadow and an organic fruit and vegetable garden (stay tuned for next spring!).Cut through our woods and find a path that leads you into the Community Park, Mountain Lakes, and John Witherspoon Woods nature preserves: 208 acres of deciduous forest, a breathtaking reservoir, and open meadows. Great for runners, walkers and bikers. A kid-friendly, public swimming pool is a short walk from the house.We provide a simple breakfast of cold cereals, fruit, tea and coffee every morning. Full breakfast available for an additional fee (subject to host availability and 24-hour notice). While we do serve eggs and meat, many of our treats are gluten-free or vegan. Do let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. Help yourself to water, hot tea and coffee throughout the day, as well as our guest fridge. Kitchen is available for your use. Full board may be arranged if we are free--just ask. Most of our ingredients are either grown in our garden or sourced from a local farm that sells fresh organic produce and grass-fed, pastured meats.Se habla (un poco) español.
