There are 2 queen sized beds, 1 king sized bed, and 3 queen sized pull out sofas. There is also a large dining area with seating up to 10 in one table so that you can throw a dinner party if you want. This apartment is absolutely beautiful. You will be impressed with what you see. Price includes all utilities, linens and towels, cable and high speed Internet.Located in the heart of Murray Hill, the neighborhood is very lively with tons of shops and restaurants. You can find a restaurant that serves almost any type of food you can think of within walking distance. Close to buses and trains, walking distance to the empire state building, the Chrysler building, Gramercy Park, etc. Notes and Additional Information:For stays under 5 nights please contact us. All rental rates subject to applicable taxes. There is a fully refundable $1000 security deposit for damages due upon arrival. Parties greater than 6 will be charged $25/per night per person in excess of 6 people. $150 cleaning fee will be charged for stays under 5 nights. After-hours/Sunday/Holiday arrivals shall be subject to a $150 surcharge unless you choose a self check in option.If there are more then 6 guests the price is $27 (per person)Cancellation policy:If the cancellation is done 20 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, you shall NOT be entitled to the refund of the advanced reservation deposit. If the cancellation is done prior to 20 days before the scheduled arrival, you shall be entitled to the refund of the advanced reservation deposit less a $100 processing fee. If the cancellation is done 7 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, or if you are a no-show for ANY reason, or if you made a reservation through a commission based third-party agency, you will be charged the full 100% of the reservation regardless of whether you able to physically honor the reservation.... more info >>

North Bergen is located on the other side of the Lincoln Tunnel and it is approximately 15-20 minutes away. We are closer to Midtown Manhattan than Brooklyn, The Bronx and most parts of Queens. NYC transportation is only 2 blocks away, there are private shuttle buses which run 24/7 and the fare is $2.50-$3.00 each way. In addition, train and ferry services are also available, the train station ( LIGHT RAIL ) is 3 blocks away. You can enjoy the best of both worlds by staying in this beautiful apartment, enjoy New york all day long and come back to this peaceful and quiet neighborhood which is also very accessible to Hoboken, the official home of the famous Carlo's Bakery of Cake Boss and birth place of Frank Sinatra.
