The kitchen is open to the dining area boasting a wonderful window seat overlooking the street. The centrally located living room has a sleeper sofa and a great fireplace. Private outdoor shower with hot and cold water as well as a spacious changing room. Or choose from the cottage facing Seaside Ave. This one bedroom cottage style apartment with its own two car parking area and a small porch. Open kitchen and living area with a sleeper sofa. New queen size bed - bathroom has full size shower. Private exit to the shared patio, picnic table, and grill. Walking distance to the Old Orchard Beach center where you will find an amusement park and lots of shops and restaurants and train station. Description:Three bedroom oceanfront home available for rent for up to 11 nights 7/26-8/7, August 20-September 2 prime summer and September 2-October 31 fall. The house sleeps 6, with 2 in the master bedroom with a queen size bed, 2 in the second bedroom which has a queen size bed, third bedroom has twin beds, perfect to 2 kids. 1.5 baths, plus a full basement with a shower. Fully furnished with all linens, towels, beach toys and surf boards. Washer/Dryer, BBQ, full kitchen with a microwave, full size stove and dishwasher. Kitchen is generously stocked with spices, condiments and staples all available for your use. There are a copule of bikes in the basement ready for your use to ride to OOB or check out he rec path that is a rails to trail path. House request/rule is to replace any items you use up to make ready for the next family. Seven miles of beautiful white sands beach- Great for walking and jogging! Our house has a private walkway to the beach with a large deck and B-B-Q. Fun sandbars at low tide with tidal pools. Restaurants and lobster pounds , .5 miles.
