Description:Spectacular ocean and pier views from this charming beachfront remodel located in front of the beach walkway and Pacifica Pier. Complete remodel - open floor plan with living room and kitchen adjacent. New hardwood floors throughout, as well as, new bathroom with decorator tile shower. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen has quartz counters and looks out at the backyard and ocean, all new appliances including gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. Living room has a fireplace, flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD, futon couch and easy chairs. Bedroom has built-in drawers below the queen size bed. Enjoy the ocean view from the back deck or sit by the fire-pit on moonlit evenings. Look out at the ocean from the Adirondack chairs in the sandy front yard. Wi-Fi, linens and towels included. This is a fantastic romantic getaway. 15 minute drive to San Francisco and 20 minute drive to the airport. No pets. No smoking. 4 night minimum. Fees Notes: $39.00 Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee is non-refundable and used to purchase a damage insurance policy with a maximum claim of $3000.00. Rental Terms: In order to complete your reservation and receive entry instructions, you will be sent the SFHR Rental Agreement to SIGN and return via email along with a scan of your drivers license or passport and credit card.
