Located in the “Plaine Monceau” the central west side of Paris. The metro station WAGRAM is at the foot of our house. Opposite side of the street there is a rental bike station “Velib”. Walking 7 minutes you will arrive at the “Parc Monceau” and 12 minutes to the “Arc de Triomphe”. Only 10 minutes with 5 direct metro stop to “les grands magasins: Le Printemps et les Galeries Lafayette” Close to taxi station (600M) you can get easily by walking or calling them by phone. This location is very convenient for both tourism and work stay. LA DEFENSE is 20 minutes by bus and metro RER or walking to “Arc deTriomphe” and then RER. Monthly rate is 7 400 Euros. If your stay over one week, the rate includes a maid 3 hours every Friday. (3 consecutive months maxi depending on the month). Up to 4 people can sleep comfortably in the living room area but it may feel a bit squeezed for adults if more than 2 are sleeping in the living room area. - In the curtain-opened configuration, a wood-top bar separates living-room from the kitchen area giving you a spacious living area during the day and allowing you to interact with each-other while making preparations in the kitchen. There's a flat-screen TV connected to cable channels from many different countries, free high-speed wi-fi internet access and free phone calls to normal land and cellular phones of North America and France.
