In one of the two bedrooms, according to the wish occupants, two simple beds of 80 x 1.90, can be setting up, instead of a large double bed. Sheets are provided and the rooms ready for the arrival of the clients. A lovely and charming living room designed by a Parisian decorator, opens on a furnished kitchen area where you see the beautiful trees of the garden. The atmosphere is very friendly, warm and welcoming, with marble floor and beams on the ceiling. Table and chairs de Bistrot to take his meals in a refined dishes. Period furniture, original paintings of classical painters on the walls, a library and a beautiful fireplace, for evenings cosy on the corner of fire, in comfortable Club chairs. You will have special acoustic double glazing, central heating and the “must” in Paris latest Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning in the living room, entrance and one bedroom. If you choose this flat you’ll enjoy a perfect mix between real antique furniture and latest comfort technologies. You will have to treat them with reasonable care. THE LOCATION & HOW TO GET THERE. Located in the “Plaine Monceau” the central west side of Paris. The metro station WAGRAM is at the foot of our house. Opposite side of the street there is a rental bike station “Velib”. Walking 7 minutes you will arrive at the “Parc Monceau” and 12 minutes to the “Arc de Triomphe”. Only 10 minutes with 5 direct metro stop to “les grands magasins: Le Printemps et les Galeries Lafayette” Close to taxi station (600M) you can get easily by walking or calling them by phone. This location is very convenient for both tourism and work stay. LA DEFENSE is 20 minutes by bus and metro RER or walking to “Arc deTriomphe” and then RER. Marché rue Poncelet and Marché rue de Lévy. You have also 2 convenience stores within 200 m. Of course I can recommend you many places in Paris for shopping, for food, for restaurants as I’m used to have in my job a lot of visitors from all over Europe or Asia. I know almost all the real Japanese restaurants in Paris with Japanese chef. I’m leaving with my wife and my 3 daughters in the same house on second and third floor. This will be easier for supporting you during your stay. RATE, SAFETY DEPOSIT, CLEANING FEE. The daily rate with a minimum stay of 3 days is 290 Euros. Weekly rate is 1 900 Euros. Monthly rate is 7 400 Euros. If your stay over one week, the rate includes a maid 3 hours every Friday. (3 consecutive months maxi depending on the month). Rates include everything Electricity, water, heating, A/C, towels and beds lining. No rate difference between 4 or 5 people. Safety deposit is 1 000 Euros.
