Description:The flat we offer is in Paris, 7 minutes walk from Bastille and Marais. Many restaurants , beautiful shops and things to do.(We are going to tell you our best places for everything). The building, the street and the flat are very quiet as well, friendly, and we have a Tennis club very close. It's a nice place as it's so sunny and that's great ! We have a kitchen with a table you can eat 5 people, Full equiped. (washing machine, dishes machine, Nespresso machine, baby-cook, etc etc). A room with a Queen size bed, A big living room with a sofa bed for 2 A kid's room with a baby bed and a kid bed, and also toys, books, etc And a Teen-girlroom with a single bed and a futon bed. One little bath room One little shower room and one little...water closet ! Just one thing : Our flat is on the 2nd floor, without any elevator.... Well well well, 2 minutes walk you have marché d'Aligre, one of the best in Paris. It's a very cheap vegetables, flea and good food market with many places to eat, drink a coffee outside... The métro (ledru-rollin on line 8) and taxi are 3 minutes by walk Bus is only few steps...(going to St germain, bois de Vincennes, Louvre etc.) Close, you have, Bastille opéra House of course, and many museums and Gallerys in Marais. and promenade plantée with a swimming pool. 15 minutes by bus, you have bois de Vincennes and Parc Floral'. There, you can rent a boat, ride a poney, a bike, do some jogging or just enjoy the green space. Just in the front of the wood, there is a great sea museum with amazing fishs and crocodiles (alive). Description:Whole house available : Summer vacation : July - August Sleeps up to 6 people Minimum 1 week stay This unusual light-filled and quiet 120m2 home has wall to wall windows overlooking a large private garden. Our house and garden are tucked away behind a building on the street. The building entrance door is protected by a digicode. There is also a concierge. There are three bedrooms, a large living room, a real kitchen and all amenities : washer, dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, Dvd player, high speed internet, WIFI, FREE Phone for calls (to the US and in France) and lots of books. The living area has a veranda with double doors which open out onto the garden, an old round wooden table which can seat 8, an out of tune piano, a stereo, a cable television with DVD player. The sofa opens out into a double bed. We have just finished laying down an oak wood floor in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils supplied. There is grapevine growing outside the window. All the rooms have wall to wall windows on the garden. The beds are firm and there a good bedside reading lights. There are desks, shelves and storage space in each. The master bedroom is 27M2. The second bedroom is 19M2. The third bedroom is 9M2 and has a mezanine bed. The bathroom is very large and has a tub/shower, w/c. This is where you will find the washer and dryer. There is a second w/c. Bed linens and towels are provided. In the garden you will find an outdoor table for dining, a simple barbecue, an old Parisian park bench, and a swing ball game. Shopping is right around the corner – supermarkets, fruit and vegetable stores, boulangeries, butchers, cheese stores, hair salons, pharmacy, florist, etc. Bois de Vincennes, swimming pool, tennis courts, are all in walking distance. There is a farmers markets twice a week. Please be advised that: There are cats in the house!!!! (The tenant will be responsible for feeding and caring for the cats). The closest metro station is 3 minutes from the house. The number 1 metro line runs through the heart of Paris with quick access to the whole city. Bastille is 10 minutes away. The Louvre is 13 minutes... Métro : Saint-Mandé – No 1 line (Chateau de Vincennes – La Défense): . The bus stops are just across the street. Bus : 56, 86 (direct to Saint-Germain des Près). Description:In Paris' 5th arrondissement, just a few minutes away from Mouffetard Street and the Plants Garden (Jardin des Plantes), enjoy the comfort of our 50 square meter one-bedroom flat, recently redone (2011) in a modern and tasteful style. Everything is new and clean. The flat is located on the 5th floor (which would be the equivalent of a 6th floor in the US) of a nice 1905 building please, note that there is no elevator. The flat is luminous and has an open outlook on covered tennis courts. It is very calm (top floor). The apartment consists of a spacious dining room with open and equiped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, large dining table), a living-room, a double-bed bedroom, and a small bathroom (with italian shower and toilets). There is also a convertible sofa in the living-room. The bed and the sofa, when converted to bed, are both 140x190 cm. You will have access to our washing machine/dryer, as well as our 24-inch iMac which provides unlimited Internet access via Wifi and allows to watch movies from the living room's sofa. The area is very nice, the building very clean and safe (two digicodes, dedicated caretaker who lives here). The building is built around an inner courtyard. You can find all commodities nearby (banks, postoffice, as well as several small supermarkets opened late at night, etc.). You will be 2 minutes away from the Plants Garden (Jardin des Plantes) by foot and less than a 10-minute walk from Mouffetard Street. Paris' Mosque, its hammam, and its lovely teahouse, are very close. Metro lines 5 (Saint Marcel) and 7 (Gobelins) are close by, as well as buses 91 and 67, a taxi station and a Velib' station, so it will be really easy to get around. Le Marais is reachable within 15 minutes in metro (metro line 7 is direct to Pont Marie), Saint Martin Canal within 20 minutes (metro line 5 is direct to Stalingrad station), the Republique square within 20 minutes also (metro line 5 is direct), La Bastille within 15 minutes (metro line 5 and bus 91 are direct). There are numerous typically French food shops, cafés and restaurants around and we will give you all of our inside information to help you find our neighbourhood's best café, best bread, best cheeses, best restaurants, etc. Mouffetard Street, which is a turistic must see, is quite famous for its colourful shops and stores, it also has several pubs if you wish to go out at night.
