Description:Looking for an affordable & cosy apartment rental in Paris, on the right bank behind Montmartre? You've found it. Avoid the tourist traps and discover the authentic and true Paris, 10 minutes from “La Butte Montmartre”, the “Abesses”, the park “La Villette” and near the Centquatre the new trendy place of artistic creation and production. The flat is located at only 10 minutes of Gare du Nord Train Station, perfect for a couple or a single person. THE BUILDING & THE NEIGHBORHOOD The building is a freshly renovated 1900's typical parisian building. The neighborhood is cosmopolit and popular, vibrant and eclectic and you will find everything you need in the surroundings : a wide range of exotic shops, restaurants, cafés, market hall, bakery, pharmacy... and a beautiful public swimming pool is located next to. THE APARTMENT On the fifth and last floor (without lift, very good for health!), the flat has a double room, a full-equiped kitchen and a bathroom. The two rooms are naturally enlighted during the day by two windows that give to a quiet court. - Bedroom with a double comfortable bed and a dressing. Window, morning sun. - Open kitchen fully equipped : vitroceramic stove, microwaves and traditional oven, an integrated fridge with freezer as well as dishes, pans, cups and glasses. Window. - Bathroom with a small bathtub, washing machine and dryer, WC. Window. - Living room with sofa and table. Window. - Fine library (french litterature, theater, art and philosophy books), a piano... and 2 yoga mats. SERVICES & FACILITIES The apartment is fully furnished with fresh towels and sheets… all you need to bring are your clothes and toothbrush. (**) A performant heating system guarantees a regular temperature in the apartment. Wifi internet access and phone calls to landline numbers in USA, Canada and Europe are included. METRO & REGIONAL TRAINS Two metro lines (line 12 and line 2) plus three regional train lines will make your way the easiest to move all around Paris. You are at 10 minutes from Montmartre, 20 minutes from City-center (Châtelet) and Bastille. LONG-DISTANCE TRAINS You are also directly connected to all the Parisian train stations : Gare de l'Est, Gare de Lyon, Gare Montparnasse and Gare Saint-Lazare (to reach Versailles) FROM / TO THE AIRPORT From Gare du Nord you can take trains directly to London, Brussels, Amsterdam as well as parisien trains to both main airports. RENTAL TERMS Flat can be rent for a minimum of five (5) nights and a maximum period of three (3) months. Price per month goes from 1200 to 1500 €, according to the season (***) Pets are not allowed.
