Description:February 2012 UPDATE: We listened to your feedback and just installed a brand new router in the studio, which means super fast and reliable wi-fi available 24/7! This is a nice studio apartment located in rue des Lombards,right in the center of Paris in the lively neighborhood of Chatelet Les Halles. It is on the 2nd floor of a lovely building, with no lift. You will have the whole apartment to yourselves, this is not a share. The studio itself is fully furnished with a double bed, a shower, sink, 2 electrical plates, a microwave, a washing machine and a fridge. Please note that in n quaint Parisian style, the private toilet is located right outside the studio on the same floor. Check in-time is from 2pm, and check out is by 12pm. The reason behind this is that we need those 2 hours to have the studio ready for you! Unfortunately we are not set up as a hotel and cannot offer luggage storage facilities if you are arriving in Paris early in the morning, or leaving in the evening. Instead we recommend using the lockers at Gare du Nord station. The nearest metro station is Chatelet, 1 minute away. Being the most central station in Paris it is well connected with all the other lines, as well as the airports and train stations. On your doorstep you will find plenty of restaurants, jazz clubs, bars and shops. It is a short 5 minutes walk from the Pompidou Center, and only 10 to the Louvre or the Marais. Saint Germain, Saint-Michel or the Luxembourg Gardens are also reachable by foot very easily. Within moments you could find yourself crossing the bridge to Notre-Dame or walking by the Seine. Description:Hello, The flat is a a 2 rooms - 55 m2, wooden floor. Atypic space - The decoration is quite sober. Very clean. 6' and last floor of the building (please note that are no stairs, but it is healthy) - oriented to the south : with 5 large windows, and small balconies (plantes friendly!), Very clear, lots of light. modern windows keep it quiet. The opened kitchen is very well equiped, very fonctionnal : big oven, fridge, 4 cooking gaz, a washing machine for dishes. the bathroom got a shower, and a washing machine for clothes. The restrooms are separated and got its own tiny bookshelf.. In the living room there's a also nice bookshelf. It is 5 minutes from Canal st Martin, you can enjoy here a nice neighborhood with many little restaurant and bars. It's a trendy place. A very nice french bakery is situated 5 minutes from the flat. On sunday you can enjoy a nice food market one block around. The flat is close to Goncourt, Republique and Belleville stations which are very practicle and simple access to go everywhere in Paris. Description:Very cosy and sunny 2 ROOMS - 1 BR appartment with original wood beams which are very charming and typicall of old buildings in the neighbourghood, very centrally located in the walking aera of Chatelet les Hallles with an incredible view on St Leu Church (the bells don't ring!), near Montorgueil markets & shopping area, near Le Marais. Everything is 5 min walking distance from the flat. You will love the situation. contrary to certain comments, the area is very safe and nice day and night, and yes there is 1 or 2 sexshops near the flat but also some of best restaurants, terrasses and hype bars in Paris, this area is one of the trendiest and most search for, and unbeatable in Paris concerning the price.
