Description:Available for rent in August, a house full of charm ( capacity 8 people ) with garden in Paris, just steps from Montparnasse in a very cool street. The house has four bedrooms, a spacious living room full of books and with a fireplace and piano, two bathrooms each with bath AND shower, toilet on each floor (so 3 separate WC), laundry. The four rooms include : two bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a room with a sofa bed in a real bed. Linens and towels are provided upon request. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, two oven, microwave, cutlery, dishes, a washing machine (washing machine), a refrigerator and a freezer. All in a very quiet street, in a quarter bustling with commercial activities. There are several supermarkets and a daily outdoor market on Wednesdays and Sundays. At 400 meters, the underground stations Plaisance and Alesia lead you straight into Montparnasse, St Germain des Prés, The Invalides, the Champs-Elysées or Châtelet and Les Halles.
