The salon there is a three seater sofa, ideal for visitors coming around, there is a dinning area, for up to 4! the corner kitchen is fully equipped, pots pans, 2 ring hob, oven, all ideal if your staying in Paris on a budget and want to save some money by eating in! Description:Friendly artist couple is renting out their apartment for holidays. ABOUT OUR APARTMENT Our 40m2 (430ft2) one-bedroom apartment is located just around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe and the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. It's on the second floor of a building that opens to a sunny and quiet courtyard the building has two digital code locks and a live-in caretaker (gardienne). The apartment is very luminous (a window in every room), very well kept, minimally decorated and keeps pleasantly cool during hot summer periods. It has two separate rooms (bedroom and living room), entry hall, separate kitchen, bathroom and toilets. NICE NEIGHBORHOOD AND GREAT ACCESS The apartment is located in one of the cleanest and safest neighborhoods in Paris (i.e. lower 17th and 16th arrondissements) beside all the basic stores (several supermarket chains, grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, cafés and restaurants) there's a regular fruit market and street antiques market within 5-minute walking distance. The neighborhood is very well connected to every part of Paris. The apartment is at three-minute walk from the Charles de Gaulle Étoile metro station (under the Arc de Triomphe) where the 1st, 2nd and 6th metro lines (and RER) meet. The first line takes you to the center of Paris (The Louvre, Centre Pompidou, Marais) in 10 minutes and the second line to Montmartre district (Sacré Coeur, Moulin Rouge) in about the same time. Our place is perfect for a couple who appreciates quiet and luminous apartment with discreet interior design and who doesn’t want to spend excessive time in public transport when going sightseeing. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, but the other two would be invited to camp on the living room floor (we will provide a double air bed). Description:It is a nice, clean and cosy appartment. Totally independent with a big terrace and a spectacular view over the city. Especially for the winter holidays it is a perfect place to stay, as you will enjoy the fireworks for New-Years-Eve on your own terrace. Only 3 minutes from the Pantheon, you are in the heart of the Quartier Latin, close to Saint-Germain - the bohemian quarter of once. The appartement is situated close to the subway station Luxembourg and Odéon, and next to the Jardin de Luxembourg. Since I'm a student and the appartments in Paris are really expensive, I'm renting it during the weekends I go back home. You will find anything you need - towels, dishes, bed-linen etc. just come and live the life of a Parisian student for some days. Really excellent location for one to esplore Paris. The apartment is 33m ², there is a large sofa bed 2 places in the lounge and one double bed in the room. For storage of clothes I let a chest of drawers, but the wardrobe is inaccessible (except for stays longer than 6 days, and if you are more than 2 during the stay). I leave you all the same hangers to hang your clothes. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, 2 hotplates, refrigerator, toaster, a table where you can eat four, all necessary dishes. In the bathroom you will find a shower, sink, toilet and storage. I provide two set of sheets for double beds, if you are 4 or a set for two, but you plan your towels. The apartment is clean, well maintained, decorative type cabinet of curiosities / vintage on the first floor of a pretty courtyard, with elevator. Description:Come and visit Paris living in a warm,bright and peaceful place. I am living near Nation's, Dausmenil's place, the famous Vincennes's castel and his hudge forest, and bastille. You can go by foot to Bercy, the Seine, the Bibliotheque François Mitterrand, and to the Batofar ( famous club because of his really good alternativ DJ music ) I'm just 15 min from Paris' center and Chatelet in métro ! A beautiful park and a lake is at 2 minutes from the place. You can do small boat on it ! Lot of birds, swans, people jogging, and a monk monastery ! Subway is 3 min on feet so that you can visit the more beautiful areas of this great city. And bus is even more close ! Also Internet can be helpful to communicate about your trip with friends and family. I got a big kitchen, in a lovely flat, to cook all dishes with spices from all over the world. The district is peacefull. There is a typical parisien bar just under the bulding, where you can eat french food for not so expensive money, and test french wine. 6th floor w/ a nice elevator. One of Them HAS access to the terrace and a perfect view of the Sacred Heart. You'll be close (5 min) from the subway (4 & 12, that 'allow you to travel to the South of Paris very Easily) and the bus lines 95 & 60 are right in front of the building. If you need food, and I'm sure you Will, There Are Two Which supermarkets are very close to the bulding (like 100 meters). Now You Can walk to Montmartre and eat there! The apartment IS very well equipped (oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, tv, computer, dishes, washing machine etc.)..
