Description: Before sending me your request, please let me know a little bit about yourself : Like your age and what you do, therefore I won't feel like i am going to host a total stranger. I would like to know how many people are going to stay and your check in & out time, So I could manage my own schedule to welcome you. I have removed photo of the bathtub in the bathroom as its not working at the moment but i still have two shower rooms and two toilets for you to use. My apartment is located on the first floor of the building with no elevator. Please bring your own indoor slippers to use inside the apartment, thank you ! A highly stylish 145 m2 Loft style Parisian apartment well located in Paris just 5 mins from Gare Du Nord Paris ( Eurostar, Thalys, ICE ) and 50 mins from both airport (Orly, CDG ) Also very easy to get to Parc des expositions for people to come to paris for the trade show. Two mins walk from the nearest metro station on line 5. It takes 15 mins to central Paris (Chatelet, Hotel de ville, marais, notre dame ) 30 mins to Eiffel Tower. In the neighborhood there is a beautiful parc des buttes chaumont within 5 mins by walking. Renovated from an ancient atelier (workshop) with glass ceiling on the roof top and an open plan kitchen and living room (40 square meters )where you can cook and eat. Also a patio with roof allows you to rest and get more fresh air ! There are 3 bedrooms and one big sofa for one person so totally it could host up to 7 person, superb for family trips and maintain quality living while staying in Paris. There are three bedrooms in this apartment: First bedroom for 2 person : En suite Master bedroom with a double bed (160x200), dressing room, 1 WC with 1 shower room Second bedroom for 2 person : a double bed (160x200) Third bedroom: two single beds for 2 person (80x200) One big sofa for 1 person. Description:Clean, comfortable, quiet & sunny flat in Paris (very near the Pere Lachaise). Closest metros are Gambetta & Menilmontant & Pere Lachaise (each are 3 min walk). It is very comfortable for two, but can also accommodate 4 people thanks to its sofa bed. Ideal for single couple! Very easy to get to & from pretty much anywhere in Paris ! Area is very safe & there are many restaurants & bars with typical patio terraces. Very nice when sunny. Supermarket nearby too good variety of shops. There are also 3 good concert venues and small theatres within close walking distance (under 5 mins) Apartment is 38 m2. Living room & bedroom are equal sizes. Bathroom is small but convenient (no bathtub, shower only). Toilet is separate. Kitchen comes with all appliances (but no microwave) Double bed in bedroom very comfortable double sofabed (pullout sofa) in living room. So can accomodate 2 couples (4 people). Or 1 couple child (or 2 if they sleep in same bed). Comes with free WIFI / TV / DVD / Washing machine / Cooker / Refrigerator / Toaster etc... Typical parisian floorboards high ceiling. One big window in each room (living room & bedroom) lets in plenty of sunshine & pull-down shutters keep light out for late lie-ins !! I think you'll like it !!
