Description:Hello, The flat is a a 2 rooms - 55 m2, wooden floor. Atypic space - The decoration is quite sober. Very clean. 6' and last floor of the building (please note that are no stairs, but it is healthy) - oriented to the south : with 5 large windows, and small balconies (plantes friendly!), Very clear, lots of light. modern windows keep it quiet. The opened kitchen is very well equiped, very fonctionnal : big oven, fridge, 4 cooking gaz, a washing machine for dishes. the bathroom got a shower, and a washing machine for clothes. The restrooms are separated and got its own tiny bookshelf.. In the living room there's a also nice bookshelf. It is 5 minutes from Canal st Martin, you can enjoy here a nice neighborhood with many little restaurant and bars. It's a trendy place. A very nice french bakery is situated 5 minutes from the flat. On sunday you can enjoy a nice food market one block around. The flat is close to Goncourt, Republique and Belleville stations which are very practicle and simple access to go everywhere in Paris. ABOUT OUR APARTMENT Our 40m2 (430ft2) one-bedroom apartment is located just around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe and the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. It's on the second floor of a building that opens to a sunny and quiet courtyard the building has two digital code locks and a live-in caretaker (gardienne). The apartment is very luminous (a window in every room), very well kept, minimally decorated and keeps pleasantly cool during hot summer periods. It has two separate rooms (bedroom and living room), entry hall, separate kitchen, bathroom and toilets. NICE NEIGHBORHOOD AND GREAT ACCESS The apartment is located in one of the cleanest and safest neighborhoods in Paris (i.e. lower 17th and 16th arrondissements) beside all the basic stores (several supermarket chains, grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, cafés and restaurants) there's a regular fruit market and street antiques market within 5-minute walking distance. The neighborhood is very well connected to every part of Paris. The apartment is at three-minute walk from the Charles de Gaulle Étoile metro station (under the Arc de Triomphe) where the 1st, 2nd and 6th metro lines (and RER) meet. The first line takes you to the center of Paris (The Louvre, Centre Pompidou, Marais) in 10 minutes and the second line to Montmartre district (Sacré Coeur, Moulin Rouge) in about the same time. Our place is perfect for a couple who appreciates quiet and luminous apartment with discreet interior design and who doesn’t want to spend excessive time in public transport when going sightseeing. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, but the other two would be invited to camp on the living room floor (we will provide a double air bed). In august, an outside cinema is organized where you could see lot of good films in original version at the sunset. Some concerts every sunday afternoon for free. Description:You can't miss this completely independent one bedroom, one-living and dining room apartment. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the park-like area of Cité Universitaire (student campus), with restaurants, cafés and shops at your doorstep. Site and museum lovers will be in ten minutes at Notre-Dame, the Louvre, or at Montparnasse or Saint-Germain to pass a nice evening. There are many options or transportation to be in a few more minutes in other interesting and famous areas of Paris, such as Quartier Latin, the Marais, Galeries Lafayette, Opéra, etc. The apartment building is protected with a digicode. It is at the 3rd and last floor, very quiet. Sorry there is no elevator. Once you open the door of your home in Paris, you'll find a dining room with a kitchen equipped with a fridge, toaster, and electric plates. Dishes, pots and pans, utensils, cups and glasses, coffee machine and tea pot are available as well. You can have breakfast, lunch or dinner there, or relax in the sofa and watch television. If you prefer, the boulangerie next door can serve you breakfast with good bread and café. The charming bathroom on the right has a shower and a small bath tub, the toilet opposite to it. Towels are provided. The spacious and luminous bedroom has a large double bed, with sheets and duvet for the winter. You have all the space to arrange your clothes and stuff in the large wardrobe. The sofa-bed can accomodate one or two extra persons. In the room, a writing table with its lamp allows you to work or type. Amenities include telephone (for local calls only), wifi internet access, and television on demand. An iron and ironing board are available. I'll greet you at the apartment upon your arrival, and give you the keys. After going over the apartment with you, I'll indicate you the location of all practical places in the area.
