Neither too poshy nor touristic, with locals, shops, life, and influences from all over the world, from Asia to Africa... You will have one room with a double bed and two desks ( books if you'd like to read from them :-)), a bathroom with shower, and a dining room with included kitchen. The whole is 23 sqm, we usually live there as a couple and it is equipped with everything you can need, including washing machine, wi-fi... and a few flowers (and even trees, now) on the extra-small balcony. There is one open kitchen on the big living room , and one small room. On the 5th floor without lift,This is very bright and there is 2 balconies north and south. There is 2 nice wiews and you can hear birds, so it's very quiet. You can even see the very top of the eiffel tower when it's night. This is my home and I rent it when I am not here, so it's very cosy and alive , clean and usefull. You can also use my extra screen on the desk and there is a good Hi-fi system to listen to music on your computer on a CD player. Montreuil is a popular and an artist's quarter with a lot of old factories, and worker's houses. Like a village at five minutes from Paris. There is very near a classical market and an organic food market, with small cafés and bars where there some concerts.
