Description:San Martino is a complex made up of two old farmhouses, both perfectly restored, while leaving the original style of 19th century Umbrian farmhouses untouched. Meticulously but nevertheless modestly furnished, these farmhouses appear to be immersed in an oasis, with olive trees and 100-year old oak trees, fruit trees and flowers. The complex is located between the shores of Lake Trasimeno (at 100 meters) and the green hills which surround it, at less than 2 Km from the centre of Passignano. There are 12 apartments, which carry the names of the various fruit trees which are located in this farm, and they are located in part in the Farmhouse Le Pedate and in the Farmhouse San Martino. Each apartment comprises a large living room with sofa bed, kitchen, from 1 to 4 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms with bath and shower. It is possible to choose between double bed or 2 single beds in all bedrooms.
