It is located in Palma Real, a private boutique condominium just a short walk south of the fishing village of Puerto Morelos. It is located between Playa del Carmen and Cancun in the Riviera Maya. Puerto Morelos is a unique, quaint fishing village only about a 5 minute walk from the condo. The town square is located in front of the beach with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There are always taxis available and cost $3-4 each way. It has some of the most beautiful wide, soft sandy beaches in the Riviera Maya! Everyday you can watch the spectacular sunrise, hear the tranquil sound of the surf and feel the constant fresh tropical ocean breeze. Palma Real is a two year old, three story, L-shaped building located on the beach behind the port. There are no salesmen and no planes advertising parties. The pool deck contains about twenty teak lounge chairs with cushions and side tables. They sit alongside the infinity pool that also contains a twelve person heated whirlpool. The Palma Real has a 24 hour security guard with a gated entrance. The condo has a large kitchen/living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities. There is a laundry room that has a washer/dryer, iron & board.
