The village was designed by architect Coel, nel1983/84 made, the structure is entirely of granite and the village also has a beautiful swimming pool and sea view, a supermarket, a bar, a pizzeria, a restaurant, tobacco and newspapers, not that of a large free car park. The apartment itself has a BBQ on the terrace looking out across the islands of Corsica and oisola children, there is a large living room with sofa and dining table for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchenette: mini electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher , all necessary dishes x 6 pax, dall'andito with wardrobe leads to 1 bath, large shower, tile Sardinian wax, continuing on the right a double room with private bathroom and shower, left the room with a bed and a French door with another terrace with outdoor shower covered in reeds, from the attic room is accessed by a wooden staircase, where there is a double and a single, large closets and a skylight. Description:La Casa Esmeralda is situated in the vicinity of Porto Rafael on a unspoiled stretch of coast, where its natural state is intact and wild, it is an isolated house with only one neighbour, a few metres from the water, in surrounding countryside that has no equal in Sardinia or even in the Mediterranean area as a whole. A country road leads from the main road to the house, shaded parking is provided. nThe descent to the sea takes about 7 minutes. It is a lovely walk through the mediterranean macchia (bushes).
