Our downstairs area includes a step-down living area off the kitchen and smaller second deck also overlooking the pool and beach. A second full bathroom is located on this floor. The kitchen and living areas both have nice quality overhead fans and mini-split air-conditioning. The entire downstairs area is open plan. This condo is very nice out of your ordinary fully remodeled two story Junior Penthouse condo unit in an amazing location over the beach.fall asleep at night to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach below. We are looking to find someone who values something nice and will take care of it while there. We remodeled this for ourselves and have typically spent the winter months living there but will only be able to stay for a short while over the Winter this year due to other commitments. We seek a person or couple who are non-smokers, responsible & respectful with no pets that will take care of our home in our absence.
