Description:Apartment 2 Lilla sleeps 5 / 6 The apartment is located on the first floor, with stunning views of the Villa of Tower to Cona on one side, and the other a view of the Valdarno. It is reached by a lovely wooden staircase of terraces, with flowers falling from the rocks on one side and the roof of the shed in brick covered with flowering vine on the other. There is a lovely private lawn with deck chairs and umbrellas for relaxing in the evenings, with a tranquil view of the surrounding hills. There is also an area covered by a gazebo with table and chairs with barbecue for al fresco dining with friends and family. It includes two bedrooms, one bedroom with a wrought iron headboard painting and antiques of the early twentieth century, and a larger one with three beds (two of which are pushed together) with raised wooden Tuscan furniture and early twentieth century in which a cot can be added. The bathrooms are completely modern, the big one has sanitary porcelain gray (sink, bidet, wc and large bathtub with shower and washing machine), the small toilet and sink. Living TV with leather sofa and armchairs, dining table with wrought iron and glass (8 people) with furniture sideboard and an attractive cast iron stove for cold winter days. The Rough Stone House Situated in the medieval hamlet of Bisticci, in a panoramic position in the Tuscan hills of Chianti Valdarno is easily accessible from the A1, and is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday, while being very close to many cultural sites in Tuscany: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Pisa. The apartment is less than the residence of the owner, who is always there to offer assistance and information about both shops, supermarkets and restaurants, the festivals and events in the nearby cities. The apartment consists of two large bedrooms, a master bedroom with matrimonial (queen size) bed with the walls restored with ancient colours, and the other containing two beautifully ornate twin beds ( unit able ), dating to over 800 years old. Both bedrooms have wardrobe closets made approximately 100- 150 years ago and views overlooking the valley below. The living area has a double sofa-bed, television, easy chair, and a round table with chairs ideal for games. The bathroom is fully modernized and consists of a sink, bidet and toilet, a shower with water massage, locker and closet with the washing machine. The dining room has an old stone fireplace and original stone sink under the window, adding to the charm of this charming home. There is an oval rosewood table, seating 6/8, along with a lovely Tuscan cabinet. The kitchen is completely furnished with a table and furniture which is wooden, with marble ledges. There is a ventilated gas oven and stove, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.
