Description:Very spacious 3 Master Suites with each their own private large bathrooms with double sinks. The home has a very large kitchen dining area with a very open floor plan. The pool is very large with a jacuzzi spa heated to your desired temperature. There is a 4th bathroom out in pool area. We live approx. 8 miles to the beaches of Boca Grande. This beach has been reffered to as a Little Nantucket and is known for attracting celebrities and past U.S. Presidents and of course we the tourists as well! The Lighthouse on Boca Grande is said to be haunted! We have seen no Ghosts as of yet! The water is crystal clear and beautiful white sandy beaches. Rotonda West is known for its many beautiful golf courses in walking distance of most homes. We also have a community park located in a State Park Like Setting. The park has Tennis Courts and walking paths and play equipment for the children. It also has a covered pavillion with picnic tables and a Grill. We also have a very large gas grille out in the Lanai area of our home. We have patio table and chairs and many lounge chairs for reading or napping in the sun poolside. The home comes with everything you would need for grilling. We have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee pots and filters and pots and pans, dishes and silverware and much, much more! We are sorry to say that we do not allow pets. We are a non-smoking home as well. However you may smoke outside in the screened in Lanai area. We hope that you have a great vacation!!... more info >>

In addition to the 4 golf courses at Rotonda (the nearest is two minutes away) there are over 20 courses within 30 minutes and at least one nearby is lit for night use. Locally, you can enjoy a wide choice at local restaurants, superb shopping, and plenty to see and do to ensure your vacation is a success. For those who can 't sit still and need to travel Busch Gardens is 2 hours, Disney is 3 hours, Miami is 3.5 hours and the Everglades around 2.5 hours away.
