On the 3rd floor you find the entrance hall with separate toilet. The living room is in front, with large comfy corner seat, good reading lamp, flat screen television and a collection of books about architecture, design, cooking and the city of Rotterdam. On the rear there’s a separate dining room with old fashioned mantel piece, iPod docking station, and a large dining table. Between the living and dining room lies the fully equiped kitchen, with 4-ring cooker, combined microwave-oven, dish washer and large fridge. On the 4th floor is the bed room with flat screen television and adjacent bathroom. In this room directly under the roof the ceiling was heightened and the roof timbers left in sight to create a beautiful space. The bath room contains a shower, wash basin and 2nd toilet. The washing machine is in a cupboard on this floor. The bed room connects to the small but sunny roof terrace. The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor, and because it is in a historic building there is no lift. This is a non-smoking apartment. The roof terrace can be used for smoking.
