It's fully independent from the main building, with full access to the whole garden the heating system is a centralized one, adjustable by request with no additional charge on the rental price. Description:Il piccolo palazzo d'epoca si trova nel borgo fortificato di Sacrofano, un comune di circa settemila abitanti a venti chilometri da Roma. Di fronte al portale della chiesa di san Giovanni Battista risalente al XII secolo si apre un ampio androne da cui si accede all’interno della casa che si sviluppa su tre livelli per un totale di 180 metri quadri. È composto da tre stanze da letto, di cui una con camino e un'atra con un piccolo terrazzo con vista sui tetti del borgo, due bagni, un grande soggiorno-cucina, un salotto con soppalco/studio. I posti letto sono 7/9. TV e connessione internet. Sacrofano fa parte del Parco di Veio, zona etrusca tra la via Cassia e la Flaminia. Due stazioni, sulla linea ferroviaria Roma-Viterbo, collegano il paese con Roma. Ambedue le stazioni sono raggiungibili con autobus che partono dalla piazza principale. La durata del tragitto è di circa mezz’ora con arrivo al capolinea di piazzale Flaminio. Da lì piazza del Popolo, il Pincio, piazza di Spagna, piazza Augusto Imperatore, piazza Navona, insomma tutto il centro storico della città eterna, si può visitare a piedi. Anche i dintorni di Sacrofano sono molto interessanti per escursioni, trekking, percorsi a cavallo (sono presenti molti maneggi) o in moutain bike.
