Description:Come away to relax in Saint Augustine. If you demand comfort, quality and convenience in the places you stay, we will meet your expectations. This is our second home and we want it to be an enjoyable place for everyone to visit. Equipped with everything you will need for your stay, there is no hurry to rush out to buy coffee for your first morning as all basic food supplies are already there. Both bathrooms have shower products and first aid items, so you can languish restfully in the kingsize bed, enjoy a pleasurable, unhurried coffee on the peaceful lanai and plan your first day in the sunshine. We are located in a private cul-de-sac in Royal Saint Augustine, a very quiet and appealing development that has its own golf course, children's playground (currently being renovated)and country club. It is only 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Saint Augustine and 10 minutes from Vilano Beach. We recommend an early morning stroll, combined with shelling and dolphin watching. You can drive your car on and in our opinion it's the best beach in the area! Although our spacious and inviting one-story home, sleeps six comfortably (king, queen and futon), we thought it important that the dining area seats eight, so an occasional friend could dine. All furniture and accessories are of good quality and taste! There is 46 HCD TV with Comcast Digital cable and separate DVD player and the en-suite with double walk-in shower has hairdryer & GHD straightening/curling irons. Our home has WiFi so you can keep in touch via your iphone or laptop. A perfect, year-round climate with sun-kissed days, balmy nights and quiet, uncrowded picturesque sand beaches are what draws visitors to historic Saint Augustine, America's oldest city with 50 historic sites, points of interest and unique shops. We're sure you'll enjoy your time here. There are two well-kept playgrounds close by, one of which has a carousel, our daughter's favorite! We are a 5 minute drive from the designer outlet malls and to the intra-coastal waterway for launching of boats and kayaks, fabulous sunsets and various excellent recreation and dining activities. (There's 2 kayaks in our 2 car garage, you can use.) And after all this - collapse in our private decked area, with seating and a bistro set, there's a small grill for barbecuing and a fire pit for flame gazing whilst drinking champagne (of course!). You can even roast marshmallows on it! Complete with outside citronella candles, this is a lovely way to end a fun filled day.... more info >>

And Treasure Beach is just a short hop away!Located on a quiet residential street in St. Augustine, Sea Trout offers a fenced yard, spacious screened porch overlooking the canal, off-street parking, and spectacular sunsets every night. If you're a boatsman, fisherman, kayaker, or simply a nature lover, you're going to be in heaven at Sea Trout!Pull right up and get settled in this house. You might want to check out the screened porch first, with its casual seating and great views. Who needs to go into the city to a fancy restaurant when we've got a grill and you're about to catch dinner?! You'll find a table out on our porch too, just in case you want to dine under the stars. It's pretty amazing to watch the sun sink down over the canal and hear the night creatures start up!There's plenty of space to relax indoors, too. Our living room has a brand-new sectional sofa that seats the whole gang, and we've got cable TV, a VCR, and a DVD player for your entertainment. After a long day on the Intracoastal or the ocean, it's a pleasure to come home to this air-conditioned, spotlessly maintained house and put your feet up!You'll need something to wet your whistle while you're watching the big game or your favorite show on TV, so check out the kitchen at Sea Trout. We've tried to think of everything you might want, from complimentary wireless Internet to all the linens, towel sets, blankets, and pillows you need for all the beds and baths in the house. Description:They say that sea air makes you sleepy. If true, it 's a shame - you might miss an amazing Atlantic Ocean sunrise from your private beachfront balcony. Not to worry, the spectacular show is yours to enjoy every day of your stay at Cinnamon Beach - and you don 't have to walk very far at all. Cinnamon Beach Condo 655 's location is the absolute tops. Directly on the beach, just above the private beach access, you wouldn 't be the first guest to never leave your balcony at all. A massive space with a full-sized dining table and sun beds, it 's filled with gorgeous sunlight all morning. As a corner unit, the condo 's yummiest corners are totally unique to this layout. Not only is your view extended southeasterly along Cinnamon Beach, but you enjoy even more natural sunlight as it travels to the south in the afternoon. Your bright and open living room, with an amazing new LCD TV and DVD player, and lovely formal dining area boast lovely windows that units elsewhere in the building don 't have. All this extra sunlight might warm things up, so both ceiling fans and air conditioning are in-built, and the quality window shades offer great control. A fully equipped, gourmet kitchen is a fantastic base for your family 's hive of activity. Simply stock up on favorite food and snacks at the nearby Publix supermarket and self-cater through your entire vacation. Beach picnics are highly recommended and, for after-dinner entertainment, the condo 's owners have provided buckets and spades. For local restaurants, we 're happy to provide recommendations (just email us). Again, unique to this corner unit is a charming break nook. A cafc3a9-style glass table with cushioned wrought iron chairs makes a lovely spot to hang out while the morning coffee brews or someone puts the blender to work (smoothies or margaritas, depending on the time of day). Between daytrips, walks on the beach, golf and time in the heated pools and hot tub, you might not make it back to your master suite until well past bedtime. After a long day, it 's an ideal retreat in which to happily drift off. A king-sized bed feels especially decadent thanks to its carved wooden headboard and the en suite bathroom is totally five-star. You 'll love waking to the sounds and views of the ocean. Large windows bring the show straight to you. Guests - whether other couples in your group, grown children, teens or little ones - the queen bed has its own private bathroom and the third bedroom has a full bathroom right next door. (Sharing? Forget it!) If required, a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room supplements a queen bed in bedroom two and extra-long twins in bedroom three. Read the praise of past guests, below, and quickly note the trend of rave-review comments. Cinnamon Beach is perfect for families of all ages. Those with young children will love the kids ' water park Splash Zone. Teens will love the freedom to come and go within the secure resort grounds - and have plenty of fun in the sun. For adults there 's golf and the nearby nightlife of St. Augustine and Daytona and couples have all the romance of endless beach and balmy air. Description:Experience beautiful, unspoiled South Ponte Vedra Beach from our oceanfront house, Seashell. Nestled just beyond the orange-pink sands and natural dunes, Seashell combines old-time charm and modern convenience to create the ideal beach vacation venue. If you were lucky enough to vacation at the beach as a child, Seashell may remind you of the family bungalow: comfortable, homey, and perched in the middle of paradise at the water 's edge, with great views from all the big windows! If you 're a nature lover, Seashell will become your go-to vacation home, surrounded by native vegetation and offering a breathtaking view of sea and shore birds. Polish the binoculars and grab the camera: you 're going to be adding some new species! (The marine life 's no slouch either, watch for fins in the early morning and late afternoon, when our local pod of dolphins swims by!)Your favorite place at Seashell just may be the huge lanai facing the sea. This is where most meals get eaten, shell collections are displayed, and reminisces last late into the night. You 'll notice that everyone in your group has a special use for the lanai, from the early riser who toasts the sunrise with a steaming cup of coffee, to the imaginative child who turns one corner into a ship and fends off pirates, to the reader who lingers long into twilight with a good mystery novel in one hand and a frosty drink in the other. When you can persuade yourself to come indoors from the lanai, your fortitude is rewarded with central air conditioning, HDTV, and all the modern conveniences that make life easier. Luckily, the good architectural bones of Seashell are intact, showing why this mid-20th-century house remains in great shape after so many decades. The ceilings and doorframes are all handsome hardwood, with crossbeams and slopes in many rooms. The windows are wide and beautiful. And the feeling is pure laid-back contentment. Our living room has plenty of space for your whole group to flop down and relax after a busy day in the surf or sightseeing. A comfy bamboo sofa and chairs invite you to sink right in . . . and stay! And the daybed is perfect for the ankle-biters: get them into pajamas, settle them all down to read a bedtime story, and poof! Asleep in a heap in 10 minutes! (Of course, you 'll probably fall asleep too, but that 's okay! The daybed is very comfortable.)Just off the living room is our kitchen, a very compact room that nonetheless manages to offer a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, assorted cookware, dishes, utensils, and even a little table and chair. Do a grocery run on the way to Seashell and you 're all set! You can even set up the laptop on the table (you have free wireless Internet here) or turn it into a drinks area. The kitchen is always slighted in favor of the outdoor grill (or the fine local restaurants!), but just in case you feel the urge to get creative, it 's fully stocked with all the equipment you need. There are 3 bedrooms at Seashell, so everyone has privacy and a great place to stretch out for a good night 's sleep. The first bedroom offers a double bed, small TV, and million-dollar ocean views from 2 windows. The second has 2 twin beds, as well as our washer and dryer (help yourself!). And the third has a full-sized bed with a nice garden view, access to the half-bath, and an outside door. (This one 's a great choice for that early riser!) The full bathroom at Seashell has both a shower and tub option, as well as a frosted window in the door and aquamarine-colored tiles that will remind you of Grandma 's house! There 's also an outdoor shower just past the half-bath, so dripping swimmers have a place to leave the sand and shells before they re-enter the house. And we provide all the linens, pillows, blankets, and towels you need for every bed and bath at Seashell, plus extras. Pack light this trip, we 've tried to think of just about everything you could need! When it 's time for a family vacation that reconnects you with the beauty of the coast, choose Seashell.... more info >>

Description:A luxury home away from home: There's no better way to describe Yacht Harbor 462. From the furnishings to the location to the amenities, it's an idyllic place to spend a month or more. To begin with, there's that spacious balcony directly overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, so you can bask in the sunrise and salt-tinged breezes while enjoying your morning coffee, watch the yachts parade past as you enjoy lunch, and admire playful dolphins, manatees, and seabirds during dinner. And don't forget to gaze up at the stars as you sip a late-night drink. It's tough for the interior of any condo to match the beauty of that view, but Yacht Harbor 462 certainly comes close. Decorated with top-quality, quietly elegant, and marvelously comfortable furnishings, the living room is a space you'll love lounging in. Then again, just about every room is designed for relaxing. Each of the three bedrooms as well as the living room has a flat-screen TV, and there's wireless web access, central air-conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Yacht Harbor 462 can sleep up to eight guests: There's a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third, plus one of the living room sofas converts to a full-size bed. Even with a full house, though, you'll never feel crowded. That's thanks in large part to the airy layout and wealth of space. It also helps that there are three full bathrooms and two separate eating areas (not counting the balcony, of course!). In addition to the large dining table in the area just off the living room, there's a charming breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen. This layout is especially handy if you're staying with kids: The youngsters can eat in one room while the adults dine in the other. The roomy, fully equipped kitchen means you're not at the mercy of restaurants and takeout joints. From the full-size refrigerator, oven, and stove to the smaller appliances such as coffeemaker and toaster to pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and glassware, our kitchen has it all. If you're used to a dated or cramped kitchen, this will be a revelation-and a pleasure! In addition to all the tableware and kitchenware you could possibly need, Yacht Harbor 462 comes with fresh bedding, towels, and pillows, no need to bring your own. For even more convenience, the unit has its own full-size washer and dryer, so you don't have to even think about trekking to a laundromat. What you will want to think about instead is making the most of Yacht Harbor's walking trail. Plus there's the natural beauty of the Intracoastal Waterway, where you can fish, canoe, kayak, sail, and more. And don't forget Cinnamon Beach, only a half-mile away. You can also inquire about a temporary Hammock Beach Club membership, for an additional fee you can get access to five more pools including waterslide towers, a day spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, two additional restaurants (including a sushi bar!), and miniature golf. Just a bit farther afield there's historic and lively St. Augustine (only 20 minutes by car), Daytona (a half-hour drive), and the Orlando theme parks (less than two hours away). Whether you're visiting for pleasure, for business, or for a combination of both, you're certain to love staying in gorgeous, convenient, and luxurious Yacht Harbor. So why not book your reservation today?... more info >>

You find yourself looking at a Regency-era room, the walls a rosy shade of pink with elegant white picture-frame wainscoting. The floor is polished parquet, set about with soft Oriental rugs. A floor lamp and several table lamps offer soft golden lighting, and a ceiling fan circulates the air-conditioning nicely. In the center of the room is a huge, king-sized bed in a four-poster frame, ultra-comfortable and so spacious. Two gilt-finished easy chairs stand at its feet, facing a small TV on a shelf in the wall. All the furniture is antique and very useable -- it makes you feel as though you 've stepped back in time, not just visited a museum!Turn around from the rosy-pink walls and ornate furnishings and you see that the front walls have been left as natural wood planks with simple, sturdy black hinges, much as they must have looked when first built. The kitchenette is in this area, with a serving hatch that doubles as a little bistro table for two. The kitchen contains a microwave, coffeemaker, mini-fridge, counter space, and cupboards -- just what you need to reheat the delicious leftovers from the Cafc3a9 del Hidalgo and Columbia Restaurant, or brew a strong morning cup of java to enjoy in the garden! You 'll find all the mugs, plates, and utensils you need waiting for you here. The bathroom at Garden Cottage is quite small, with a shower, sink, and commode. Neat corner shelves hold your toiletries, and the tile floor feels great on hot walking feet! All of the towels you need are provided for you here, as are the linens for the bed. Pack light and prepare to find your studio getaway fully equipped when you get here! With its lovely garden view and cozy interior, the downstairs studio at Garden Cottage makes the perfect destination for a couple or for friends. And the exterior is almost as exciting, with a brick courtyard, comfortable bench amid the flower beds, and plenty of lush vegetation! If you have a larger group, consider renting the upstairs studio as well as the downstairs. It is also furnished for two, with an exterior staircase leading up through the treetops!Garden Cottage is in the heart of the Abbott Trace neighborhood, near all the St. Augustine attractions you might want to visit while you 're in town. It 's quaint, affordable, and unforgettably charming. Make it your pied-a-terre next time you visit the Old City!... more info >>

Description:Come enjoy beautiful St. Augustine Beach from the comfort of our townhouse-style tennis villa at Colony Reef 18C. Overlooking a pond with a fountain, the luxurious 2-story condo is within steps of tennis courts, a huge swimming pool, and the beach! The tennis villas at Colony Reef are spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath units with lovely views and the ideal location. This full-amenity resort includes well-maintained tennis courts, a huge heated indoor pool, a playground, sauna, and even fitness center! But the best part of all may be the private boardwalk right down to the sugary sands of St. Augustine Beach, just a few minutes ' walk from your front door at Colony Reef 18C!Step out onto the balcony just off the living room and you see a pleasant vista. Balmy breezes carry the salty tang of the ocean, and the murmur of the surf is audible in the background. Sit down for a moment at the casual table in the shade and enjoy the sight of another perfect Florida day. This is a great place to dine in the open air, indulge in a long conversation with someone special, or even update your social media (you have free WiFi at Colony Reef 18C). The world is your oyster!Just indoors from the balcony is the living area, with a big 50 HDTV in one corner and an assortment of comfy sofas and chairs. The ceiling fan silently circulates the cool air conditioning, and the tiled floor feels great on hot, tired feet. Turn on your favorite movie or let the kids watch their shows (c 'mon, it 's vacation!) while you whip up a blenderful of frosty, fruity drinks for the grown-ups. Stress just melts away here at Colony Reef 18C!The condo is open-plan in the living and dining areas, so you can see right out to the pond and fountain even from back in the kitchen. That 's nice, because it keeps the group together even when some of you are watching TV, others playing cards at the little dining table, and still others popping some fresh popcorn in the microwave. Everything here is spotlessly clean, nicely maintained, and convenient. You may not eat many meals in the dining area -- the balcony trumps all other locations at the condo! -- but it 's a great place for games, travel brochures, and the laptop. A breakfast bar with stools is right beside it, and in a sunny corner of the condo is our breakfast nook, with a big table and plenty of space. You 'll never feel cramped at Colony Reef 18C!Even if you 're dining out in St. Augustine 's fine restaurants most evenings, you 'll appreciate our fully stocked kitchen. Pots and pans, dishes and glasses, utensils and gadgets -- everything 's waiting for you, along with gleaming full-size appliances, including a dishwasher to do the ugly work! Just make a grocery run on your way into town, and you 're all set to go!The downstairs at Colony Reef 18C may be open and connected, but the upstairs is wonderfully private, with quiet bedrooms so that everyone gets a great night 's sleep. You 'll love the master suite, with its queen-sized bed, hardwood floor, TV, and big windows with views in 2 directions. The en-suite bath is a pleasure too, boasting his-and-her vanities and both a shower and tub option. The second bedroom is ideal for children or friends traveling with you. There is a twin-sized bed and a daybed in here, along with a small TV. And if you need to sleep a couple more people, the living room offers a sleeper sofa for 2.A second full bathroom ensures that there is no waiting in line during the morning rush, and our washer and dryer help keep all your vacation clothes, swimsuits, and beach towels fresh and dry. We also provide linens and towels for every bed and bath. Colony Reef 18C is your home away from home -- please reserve your vacation here today!... more info >>
