We have a beautiful rattan (king size bed with euro top) bedroom set, a loveseat futon, and beautiful seacape paintings by a local artist to make you feel at home. There is a beautiful hand painted room divider that separates the bedroom area from the sitting area. n nPirates Cove is located in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores, close to where all the action is, but far enough away to ensure a good nighte28099s sleep. For your pleasure we supply beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels, and beach chairs for the nights you want to sit on the patio with a cool drink and watch the beach scene. This condo is located on the ground floor and over looks the ocean. You can park right in front of the condo so there are no elevators or stairs to deal with. When you open your front door, you are looking at the ocean, turn to the left, take a few steps, and you are at the beautiful oceanfront heated pool. From the pool area you can walk out on to the beach. This condo is great for the bikers who can park their bikes right in front of the window. We supply a tv with cable, VCR, DVD, boom box, Internet connection (WiFi is available too), towels, linens, all pots, pans, utensils, refrigerator, small oven with two burners, coffee maker, toaster, iron and hair dryer to name a few of the units amenities. The resort has a laundry room on the ground floor a short distance from this unit. n nNo one will enter your room until you check out. So, you can feel at home. Our charges include clean up after you leave. Florida does make us charge a 12.5% tourist tax. There are no hidden charges or fine print. We want you to feel secure in booking with us. You will not be charged for anything else. The rates vary as to the time of year and what events are happening in Daytona Beach. n nThere is more to Daytona Beach than water! We have a pack-n-play on site for smaller guests that fits in the master closet. The bedrooms share a central living room, kitchen, and dining. The home is fully furnished with dishes, pots and pans, bedding, towels, microwave, coffee maker, and washer and dryer. We also have a beach shower outside and a gas grill on the back porch. This king size bedroom set is all bamboo with a canopy top. You will feel like you are definetly on an island. (which you are). It is absolutely beautiful! French doors to the deck outside two of the bedrooms. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with french doors to the deck to pool. If you would like the night air just walk out on the deck and relax while you sip on your favorite drink. 3 bedroom also has a queen bed with views of waterway and pool. The top floor is my favorite with one large open room. It has windows on all walls so you have a beautiful breeze and views of the waterway. 2 blinds on all windows. This large open kitchen is light and bright and has quality kitchenware.Fully stocked with everything you need. Two tables to seat 8 guests and 4 bright colored bar stools for more seating at the counter. My queen leather sleeper sofas and arm chair look very elegant with the palm trees. Also a twin sleeper in the large leather ottoman and a key west style quality futon with a 9 mattress. A bathroom with shower for the guest on the top floor. Also, a desk for your laptop with wireless high speed internet. Bright cheerful paintings throughout my home makes this a great rental for any family to enjoy. Beautiful large pool and hot tub and nice private yard with large palms. This home is decorated beautifully and ready for your vacation. This home is great if you want to bring your dog. Fully fenced yard and decks the dogs love to relax on and enjoy the breeze.This home does have views of the waterway as I mentioned. It does not have views of the ocean since the high dune oceanfront homes block the view. For those who want to bring your boat:The picture of the boat ramp and fishing pier is only two doors away. This boat ramp was completely re-done. Perfect to launch a large or small boat even at low tide. This is a quiet boat ramp mainly for the neighborhood. There are two boat ramps within a mile. The 2 seater ocean kayaks are ready for you with paddles and life jackets. Maybe a ride to the beach on the beach bikes sounds better. Just have fun and do it all! Don't worry about keeping in touch with your family and friends since DSL Wireless Internet Service is provided. Ride the bikes or walk to the beach which is just a few minutes away by car. This home has deeded beach access but the walkway is about 1/2 mile away. This access seems to be a quiet spot to just gaze into the ocean or take a peaceful walk. My favorite beach is 1/2 mile away also, in the other direction. Here is where you will find an oceanfront restaurant/lounge, drive-on beach access, rest rooms, pavillions, and showers. Plenty or parking if you do not want to drive on the beach and park.Heated inground pool is beautiful! It was designed so the first step is very large and about one foot deep to use as a kiddie pool or area to sunbathe. The deck around the pool is huge for outdoor BBQ's with the Stainless Steel Gas Grill with side burner. Outside hot and cold shower. Description:Perched right on the shores of Ponte Vedra Beach, Serenity is a wonderfully private, exquisitely decorated 2-story house with a big yard, an oceanfront deck, and all the amenities you could wish. Make it your destination for the perfect Florida vacation! You’ll fall in love with Serenity before you even step inside, thanks to the second-story deck overlooking the Atlantic. The sun rises right in front of you here, dolphins swim by, pelicans glide past, and terns pad in the wet sand just out of reach of the waves. The murmur of the surf is the soundtrack you will hear at Serenity, soothing and restful. Our balcony is a great place to spend an hour or an entire day, flopped out with a good book, a pair of binoculars, and your best friends and family. Step indoors and you find yourself in our huge, open second-floor living area, divided to create different conversation areas while still remaining light and airy. The length of the room facing the sea is devoted to watching the beautiful landscape, either from comfy couches and chairs or even through our telescope. Beyond this, another group of seating surrounds the big TV, with cable and DVD player. Light fills this house from all sides, and you’ll appreciate the blending of outside and indoors. Even the dining room is set with one wall of windows, so that you can enjoy the changing colors of the sky as you gather around the long table for a seafood feast or a rousing game of Crazy Eights. Right next to the dining area is the kitchen, separated by a low wall that doubles as a serving counter. Everything you need to prepare and serve a feast (except the food!) will be found in our kitchen, down to utensils and gadgets, appliances large and small, and the full complement of cookware, glassware, and dishes. Even if you plan to dine out during this vacation, you can dish up snacks in style and reheat the leftovers in our gleaming, fully appointed kitchen! The living and dining areas are open and joined, while the 3 bedrooms at Serenity are marvelously private and quiet. Two of the rooms have en-suite baths, with a third full bathroom as well, all stocked with towel sets. You will find Serenity far more comfortable than any hotel suite, because not only are all linens provided, but there’s even a washer and dryer to keep everything clean and fresh! The first master suite offers a queen-sized bed in a beautifully decorated room, with an en-suite bath that includes a luxe Jacuzzi-jetted bathtub! You’ll look forward to returning to this suite each evening, and lingering late every morning. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed with an attached bathroom, while the third contains 2 double beds – perfect for all the kids! Each room is beautifully furnished and spacious enough for all. The bedrooms at Serenity have both character and comfort – an unbeatable combination! As a bonus, the ground-floor also contains a family room with entertainment center, offering a second space for the group to relax. A wide window on one wall and the sliding glass doors on another give you the option of flooding the area with sunlight. For family entertainment, cuddle up around our TV, VCR, and DVD player. Or, if cards and board games are more your style, our long coffee table invites you to break out the Parcheesi. A cozy round table with two high ironwork chairs is the perfect place to relax.
