Single beds are ideal for families with children or friends and relatives who do not want to share a bed. In addition, we have 8 sofa sleepers throughout the house, so there are plenty of comfortable places to settle down for a great night's sleep -- most of them with a view!The 3rd floor is devoted to the 3 master bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big family room, and the long L-shaped deck that offers views of both the sunrise and sunset. Your only difficulty here will be deciding which of the palatial bedrooms you would like for yourself! One has a 42-inch flat-screen TV with DVD player and private access to the balcony. As a large family, we can appreciate the expense (and craziness) of just leaving the house. We would love to share our beautiful home at an affordable price for families. Palm Coast is a great location for many budget-friendly adventures. We are centrally located between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, with Orlando and Jacksonville just an hour away. This area represents the 'real Florida,' with great beaches, excellent fishing, and beautiful state parks just minutes away. The house is ready, just bring the family! r n r nOur home is 2300 square feet with six bedrooms and two baths. There is room to sleep 13 people comfortably, with additional 'kid floor space' available. It is all on a single level with no steps. The master bedroom is large with a king-size bed, large private bath, and giant walk-in closet. We have three bedrooms with queen-size beds, a bedroom with bunk beds, and another bedroom with two twin beds and a trundle bed. We have a pack-n-play on site for smaller guests that fits in the master closet. The bedrooms share a central living room, kitchen, and dining. The home is fully furnished with dishes, pots and pans, bedding, towels, microwave, coffee maker, and washer and dryer. We also have a beach shower outside and a gas grill on the back porch. An enclosed garage is available for parking with bicycles, fishing poles, and nets inside. r n r nOur home was built in 2005. It was recently updated with new paint, flooring, and lighting. We provide cable television, a DVD player, and high-speed internet connection. r n r nIf you want a 100% Disney vacation, then our home isn't for you.
