We have prepared for you the Magnolias garden, a comfortable apartment consisting of 2 rooms, living room, large kitchen and bathroom with shower, with 2 large balconies, up to 6 beds. It is at 30 minutes from the Duomo by public transport: - underground Line 3/yellow to Rogoredo suburban train S1 to Borgolombardo (2ND STOP after Rogoredo) station at 2 minutes' walk from the house (train service not available from 0 a.m. to 6 a.m.) - underground Line 3/yellow to San Donato bus 132 (stops in front of the house) parking facilities near the underground station. It is easily accessible by motorways/highways. 20-minute-drive from Linate airport. In San Donato at 10 minutes by bus from Policlinico San Donato and headquarters of Eni, LG, UNIPOL and BMW. Well furnished and accurately equipped: Individual heating, forced air, TV, DVD reader, washing machine, traditional and MW oven, fridge with freezer complete the proposal. The double bedroom has a view on the garden there is then one twin-bed room and 2 additional bedspaces are provided in the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Smoking is allowed on the balconies. It is placed at the 2nd floor of a block of flats with lift and a beautiful common garden, in a urban area boundering on an agricultural park. Nearby you will find shops, parking facilities, three pizzerias, a restaurant, several pubs and halal food takeaways, a swimming pool, a library, internet points, parks with games for kids and a vending machine of milk, eggs and diaries from local farms in town there are a gym, a cinema, supermarkets, stores and various services. If you are more than 2 people and are staying for a period over one week ask for a customized offer. Cleaning expenses (30 Euros) will be charged only for stays up to 3 nights. Breakfast is not included in the standard price if you wish it to be provided, please tell us what your ideal breakfast consists of, so that we can arrange for it as an extra.
