Pool is right under the balcony, closest beach is about 1/3 mile away, parking available right at the beach. Close to Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seagrove - right in the middle of all the action! Peace and quiet available at Deer Lake State Park, about one mile away.... You will fall in love with the sugar white beaches and wonderful feel of the area along Scenic Route 30 A Restaurants from simple to exquisite are all within a stone's throw (well, almost) and you can walk right over to the Olde Florida Fish House. Both units are Water front with large balconies for a relaxing visit. Watch the dolphins play in the gulf from your huge tiled Gulf front balcony that runs the length of the master bedroom and living room, right on the beach and is as close to the Gulf as the law allows. The living room, dining room, master bedroom all have Gulf front spectacular views of the emerald waters of the Gulf. Free high speed internet is accessible from the living room. This beautiful condo can sleep six. The master bedroom has a king bed and sliding glass doors that go onto to your private Gulf front balcony. The master bedroom has a private bath. There is a second bedroom with twin beds with adjoining bathroom. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, TV with a VCR/DVD player, and sliding glass doors that go onto the balcony. The kitchen is large, light and bright, with a breakfast bar and opens up into the dining room. No crowds here! The Palms is a 23 unit complex with covered parking. The best part is you are surrounded with beautiful art. Our other guests call it the best kept secret in Panama City. Historically, the house was built in 1922 and is walking distance from downtown and the Marina in Panama City, FL. Less than 5 miles from Panama City Beach and 20 minutes from Mexico beach.
