Description:Three bedroom oceanfront home available for rent for up to 11 nights 7/26-8/7, August 20-September 2 prime summer and September 2-October 31 fall. The house sleeps 6, with 2 in the master bedroom with a queen size bed, 2 in the second bedroom which has a queen size bed, third bedroom has twin beds, perfect to 2 kids. 1.5 baths, plus a full basement with a shower. Fully furnished with all linens, towels, beach toys and surf boards. Washer/Dryer, BBQ, full kitchen with a microwave, full size stove and dishwasher. Kitchen is generously stocked with spices, condiments and staples all available for your use. There are a copule of bikes in the basement ready for your use to ride to OOB or check out he rec path that is a rails to trail path. House request/rule is to replace any items you use up to make ready for the next family. Seven miles of beautiful white sands beach- Great for walking and jogging! Our house has a private walkway to the beach with a large deck and B-B-Q. Fun sandbars at low tide with tidal pools. Restaurants and lobster pounds , .5 miles. Old Orchard Beach and amusement park and pier - 3 miles (you can walk the beach to get there) City of Portland, 15 minutes ride, famous Old port Shops, museums and restaurants. Aquaboggin Water slide, 4 miles. Funtown Old Orchard Beach, 3 miles, Splashtown USA, 5 miles. Kennebunkport, 30 minutes ride, shops, restaurants, port. Freeport, 35 minutes ride, LL Bean's and outlet stores. City of Portland, 15 minutes ride, famous Old port Shops, museums and restaurants. Description:Wake up to seals swimming in front of the house, bald eagles flying by and egrets and herons nesting nearby. Our beautiful home overlooks Scarborough Marsh and fronts on the river of the same name. Two decks overlook the water and another is an outdoor living room. The view dominates virtually every room of the house but when you get tired of it, canoe or kayak out to Prouts Neck or Pine Point. Then try your hand at fishing for striped bass and bluefish. Portland, Maine is 20 minutes away with its incredible restaurants, too-cute-to-believe shops and best collection of Winslow Homers in the world at the Portland Art Museum. What's missing?
