Description:Large loft style apartment on quiet street in the heart of trendy Shoreditch. Perfect for a couple or small group looking to be close to London's vibrant art district or London's Financial district (the City). The area is filled with bars, clubs and restaurants. Gallery parties (mostly free) are thrown weekly in the area welcoming people off the street without bookings. The area is also packed with street art (look carefully and you may find original Banksy works). The apartment is walking distance from London’s financial district and would suit business traveller who would prefer to stay in a more vibrant area with evening entertainment and avoid commuting. Situated next to the 'Silicon Roundabout' the area is bustling with technology start up companies and entrepreneurs. The loft is on the 2nd floor (top floor) and has nice views, 4 metre high ceilings and lots of light. It comfortably sleeps 5 people in 2 double beds and one sofa. The loft is open plan with one bed on the maisonnette level and the other in the main living room area. There are large kitchen and dining room tables that seat 6 people each. The place is very spacious and a joy to spend time in. Description:Spacious 3rd floor studio appartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. The studio is very bright and newly painted, and includes everything you need in order to have a great time in London. Newly furnished with a creative and playful touch. Main room include double bed, desk, double closet (one will be available for you), awesome homemade sofa, speakers w/ jackstick, and Internet. Kitchen has big fridge, all necessities, and a laundry machine. Bathroom has bath and the usuals. Everything newly painted and in great condition. The place sleeps three persons, since we have a fold out extra mattress that you can use if you like. Linens and towels etc. included as well. We love our home, and are sure you will love it too! It is sooo easy to get around from here busses to the city right outside the door and Hoxton station is 3 minutes away. You are welcome to use our bikes as well, if you please. We are in zone 1 of the tube and public transportation, which means that your oyster card will be very much cheaper when you are getting around. Walking distance to everything in Shoreditch Brick Lane, Spitalfields Market, Columbia Road, Regents Canal, Broadway market, the great nightlife of Old Street and Shoreditch High street etc. etc. etc. We are flexible on dates and a little bit on the price, so shoot us and e-mail and we'll work it out together.... more info >>

The flat can comfortable sleep 4 people, with the possibility of an extra person on the sofa (if needed)- although that wouldn’t be very comfortable. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard throughout and includes: wireless broadband, full kitchen appliances, Utilities, & entertainment system: TV and blue-ray DVD player. A proffesional cleaner comes and ensures that bed sheets and towels are changed before and after stays. Additionally the flat comes with a much desired parking spot in the gated complex if needed. I love meeting and hosting new people from all walks of life-I truely enjoy the social aspect of the Airbnb experience and would love to share my favourite dining/relaxing/clubbing spots with future guests :) Transport/Links: Train / Tube: 5 min walk from Shoreditch High Street station and 10 mins from Liverpool Street Station, Aldgate East or Bethnal Green.
