The property has a landscaped lawn and lights so being outside at nighttime is always a possibility. Access to the property is via a paved road and parking is available within the grounds. n n[600m2] nLower ground floor: There is a living room with couches, armchairs, a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, and VCR. Behind the couches is a long table with chairs. The vista of the neighboring castles and villas from the main terrace is particularly worth mentioning, facing due west, there is no better place for enjoying an apperitivo while watching magical sunsets transform the countryside. r n r nThe main garden also has a soccer field, numerous fruit trees (we eat fresh cherries, grapes, pears, apples, lemons, plums and persimmon directly from the tree), grape vines, an olive grove and a dream-like, 6 x 10 meter swimming pool.
