Spreading over three floors linked by a brick staircase the house offers a bright living room with fireplace, equipped kitchen (where original stone fireplace and sink were kept), dining room, studio and three bedrooms (two double and one twin) each with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms is located in the suggestive dovecote tower, where modern architectural elements blend with the original structure, creating an environment of extraordinary beauty. Outside the house, there is a beautiful loggia that becomes, in good weather, an additional room suitable for dining and entertaining. A beautiful swimming pool, in common with the other houses of the agriturismo, is available from June to September. This beautiful country house is part of the estate of Villa della Genga and has been carefully restored with a particular attention for materials, colours and fabrics used in respect of the local traditional architecture and interior design, in harmony with the landscape of the enchanted countryside of Spoleto. Even the swimming pool (18x8), which is treated with natural oxygenation and without any added chemical agent, was designed upon the plans of the terraces of olive trees, to create an architectural element that remembers the old cattle troughs. Villa della Genga has recently undergone an extensive renovation, not only of its historic buildings but also of the unique agricultural holdings. Description:The Bianchina’s apartment, in the Old Kitchens Building (dependence of Villa Pianciani) has independent access to the park , sits on the NW side of the hill, offering a magnificent view over the valley, at sunset time, facing Montefalco and Assisi. The apartment has one double bedroom with bathroom, living room, a kitchen and a veranda. It is possible to add a second double bed room with bathroom with both in-house and independent access. Due to the fact that the Bianchina apartment is part of the Villa Complex and the whole Villa is at times booked by one group for weddings and family reunions, for the HIGHT SEASON we can only confirm a request for a single room ( or the Bianchina apartment) when we have enough interested parties to fill at least five rooms.
