Description:Buddy and I are so happy to host you in our amazing house! This large private room is in a beautiful two story house in South Lake Tahoe, CA, in the neighborhood where the locals live: Meyers! Stay with us and explore our favorite lounge: the Divided Sky. Take the afternoon to head into town and relax at the beach. You can't get any closer to skiing at Sierra at Tahoe. Located at the end of Hwy 89 for quick access to the road to Kirkwood. If you are interested in skiing at Heavenly, my house is about as far in Tahoe as you can be from there, but still only a 20 minute drive. Walking distance to the Getaway Cafe and Downtown Cafe, great breakfast spots, as well as the Divided Sky, my favorite for tacos on Tuesday night or beer any night! Lira's Grocery store is blocks away. Our house has four bedrooms, one of which is used as an office, two guestrooms and and two full bathrooms. It has a gorgeous gourmet kitchen that is open to the living area and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook like a chef as we both love to cook. I like to keep my home extremely clean. Your room is downstairs and will feature a full sized pillowtop bed. Our guest beds feature down comforters, The Company Store linens, and towels. If you've forgotten a toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion), feel free to dig through the Hotel Bin. I manage a local cycling store and am happy to give you recommendations on local activities, restaurants, and snow sports. I'm an avid snowboarder, runner, swimmer, road and mountain biker. Buddy is a ski coach at Kirkwood in the winter and loves mountain biking in the summer. I love laughing, good food, wine, beer and coffee!
