There are extensive seating and lounging areas on the deck, overlooking the ski run, Hood Park and the surrounding mountain ranges.Back inside the home, on the left side of the home's main entryway is a large dining table, with seating for 13. The dining room also has a fireplace and a door leading out to an intimate patio and fireplace for pre-dinner gathering. Straight ahead of the main entry, the hallway opens up into the main living room. A large gas fireplace is the centerpiece of this room, and is surrounded by sofas. There is also a card table in the corner of the room. Cathedral ceilings and huge glass windows reveal stunning views of the San Sophia range to the north and the Mt. Wilson and Palmyra ranges to the south. The spectacular views from this home are showcased from every room. Glass doors lead out onto the south-facing front patio, where there is a large round hot tub overlooking the ski run. Beyond this impressive living room is a wet bar area with granite countertops, a wine fridge, icemaker and dishwasher. There is also a comfortable lounge area with leather sofas and a flat-screen TV.
